the Chocolate Toasted Coconut ice cream was absolutely FANTASTIC. I left with a “small” ice cream (enough to feed 2 people) and a bag full of treats that I can’t even think about after indulging in this giant dish! Delish!

’ve been to several other Kilwins in different parts of the country, and I have found some of them to be just okay. This location, in the heart of downtown Lake Geneva, looks similar in many ways, but I felt like it was more spacious. When we were there, they were making several batches of fresh fudge, and the smell was overwhelming and delicious.
It took me a few minutes to decide, but the staff were friendly and patient. I ended up with a few different cones: Kilwins Track, Salted Caramel, and Cherry. My biggest complaint? They gave me way too much — it looked like at any second it was going to topple off the top of the cone. 🙂
All three cones were excellent, and I’d be happy to stop by again.

Cute old fashioned ice cream and candy shop. Loved that they were generous with samples, helped us make our decisions on what to purchase. The milk chocolate orange peels are super delicious along with the sea salt caramel fudge. Would def come here again.

Delicious!!! The folks at Kilwins know what they’re doing!!! We tried the fudging brownie ice cream, Superman ice cream and the Kilwins Turtle Cheesecake all of them were outstanding, but the Kilwins Turtle Cheesecake was out of this world!! What a great combination of flavors and textures. The team was amazingly friendly and even though there was a nonstop line of customers, they treated each of us like we were the only ones there.

Jill is always friendly and helpful when we come into the shop. Her suggestions of products are tasty and we always come back to try something new. We tried the new Dubai chocolate sunday with pistachio icecream it was delicious. We definitely recommend it. Thank you for the delightful shopping experience.

My fiancée and I went in earlier this week and were impressed with the fudge samples. We got some chocolates from the case and asked for a few and she weighed them out and when we got back some of the chocolates weren’t in the bag or box! We saw her weigh them out then we went to look at ice cream and a few of our bags of chocolates and chocolate clusters, caramels and malts were missing from our bag, we are very upset as we spent over $100 here between chocolate and ice cream. I wish they would make this right I just won’t go back as we don’t trust them.

Pretty crowded in afternoon and nights. However, the staff is super friendly and kind. They’d offer you to try out their fudges, and you can also try out different flavors of ice cream before you get a scoop. I’d say that most of their ice cream are on the creamy and sweet end. They also carry a variety of sweets and chocolate. Would recommend this place if you want a scoop of ice cream after being in lake Geneva for the whole day.

I was down to Lake Geneva today on a day bus trip. Our group had a little time to shop and one of the places I stopped at was your store. I purchased some dark chocolate sea salt pecans and sea salt caramels. They were very very good. Candy from a store like yours can be higher priced than others but you get quality. Your dark chocolates are top quality. If I ever get to Lake Geneva again, I will make it a point to stop at your store again.

While we were walking downtown Lake Geneva we could smell this delicious smells coming from this store. We decided to stop in and see what they had. As soon as we walked in the young man behind the counter asked us if we wanted to sample the fudge. He allowed us to pick which one we wanted to try and gave us a good sized sample. We ended up buying a giant cashew turtle, a caramel covered rice crispy treat and a sea salt caramel marshmallow. They were are delicious! We will go back the next time we visit Lake Geneva for sure.
