A big heck yes on Kilwins!!! Went im for ice-cream a d came out with a goodie bag of chocolates!!! Lots of options, both for chocolate and ice cream. The staff was nice, greeted as soon as we walked in, and attended to in a timely fashion.

A bit expensive but if you’re looking to splurge then why not. Fudge is a bit overrated in my opinion but the coconut fudge was good. I’d suggest getting a tiny bit. Very sweet. I really liked the chocolate covered shortbread with caramel and nuts. As well as the chocolate covered pretzel clusters. And of course the Sea foam. Yummy!!

Exquisite chocolatier and creamery! There are absolutely terrific Michigan themed flavors including the more popular Mackinac Island Fudge! Kilwins is great and the service is kind and friendly! Very entertaining location to get Ice Cream or fudge in Ludington since they make the fudge and caramel apples in front of the bay window! This is the spot for your ice cream, just a bit farther into town from the beach! Enjoy!

Got a turtle pecan Carmel apple for my mother & she said it was absolutely delicious! For this specific one it was $7. They had other apples as well for the season but I didn’t want one.

The ice cream is always delicious, but we had a difficult time communicating with the staff. Our kids have food allergies – we are aware of risks and understand nothing is guaranteed to be allergen free, however the staff told us they were not allowed to wash an ice cream scoop for us or even use a clean scoop…super disappointing.

This is what a 6.00 dollar ice cream cone looks like. My daughters Ice Cream WAS scooped out like this at the Ludington’s Kilwin’s Ice Cream. The Ice Cream tub that this came out of was nearly empty. We stood on the side of the wall, and waited a while for the person to scoop it out. Now I don’t know why she would have let the old tub sit out, and grab a new one from the back and scoop it out that way. My daughters Ice Cream WAS freezer burnt! The lady that scooped it out, tipped it upside down in a cup…so that we didn’t realize that it was like this. Next time we’ll skip this place.

Well…first time for us stopping in. Chocolate and caramel treats and snacks. Everything looked great! Plenty of variety. We came in for Ice cream.We ordered 2 small single scoop cones…no cones..rather in cups. What you didnt have was a chair for the customer by the register when you tell them the price. SIXTEEN DOLLARS for 2 small single scoop ice creams. Shame on you! It would appear not to be very family oriented. The quality of the ice cream was ok..but didnt match what you charged. What we found to be premium was what you charged. Thats my scoop, Unfortunately…thumbs down.

Out of all the Kilwins I have been to for the last 30 years this fudge is the worst. 2 out of the 3 fudges were grainy not smooth like Kilwin’s fudge always is. I have tried once each of the last 3 years and the same poor results each time at this Ludington location.
