Absolutely Killer Flavor!
Killer Crab lives up to its name in the best way possible. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with flavor in the air, and genuinely friendly customer service that makes you feel right at home. The staff is attentive, upbeat, and clearly cares about making sure you have a great experience.
Now for the star of the show—the snow crab special. It is especially killer for the price. The crab was fresh, perfectly cooked, and bursting with flavor, making it one of the best values around for seafood lovers. Every bite was deliciously satisfying and well-seasoned without overpowering the natural sweetness of the crab. The corn, potatoes and boiled eggs complement the crab and shrimp very well too.
If you’re craving top-notch seafood paired with excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere, KillerCrab is an absolute must-visit. 5/5—highly recommended, and will be back!

I got the crawfish platter. The crawfish were delicious and well seasoned but the sides (potatoes and corn) had no flavor unfortunately. The butter for dipping was also great. It’s nice cozy spot to go eat and it’s priced very reasonably.

Pretty decent place. The poor boy was on bread that was not traditional to poor boys, but it it tasted pretty good. The gumbo was a little bit thin, but had a pretty good taste to it. The coleslaw I didn’t like the taste didn’t need it. It was either older or there was something in it that just didn’t sit well with me. Oh I’d have another sandwich or something here first time is never the charm.

The food is very delicious. Just expect a little bit of a wait. I got a plate with a crab cluster and shrimp. The shrimp was absolutely perfect and delicious. The crab cluster unfortunately was way overcooked and I hardly got any meat out of it. The crawfish was perfect and had a great price. I’ll definitely recommend this place and come back again

Ordering is like a fast food restaurant. You go to the counter, order (which they have an option for a tip, what’s there to tip about?), get your own drink, find a table, and wait. I ordered a shrimp poboy & onion rings. It came put promptly. My boyfriend ordered the dungess platter. I was about halfway eating my sandwich, and I went to find out why hid food hadn’t come out yet. I was told that the fried and steamed aren’t anywhere cooked near each other, and they just bring it out when it’s done. We saw 2 other groups of people, who came in after us, get their food. They young girl said she would check. A few minutes later, his platter was brought out. There was so much seasoning on the seafood that you basically couldn’t see what you were eating. (Please see the pics) The shrimp was overlooked and basically unable to peel them. The crab was overcooked also. We had to BOTH wippe the shrimp and crab of all of the seasoning. Our hands were an absolute mess with the seasoning. It got all over our clothes even. I asked for a manager, and a VERY young lady came out. ( Probably 19 or 20 y/o max). She didn’t seem to really care and basically had the deer in the headlight look. I knew then that they didn’t really care and were only there for a paycheck.
We had to wash our hands before we left and got home and used stain remover to try to get the stains out of both clothes.
This was our first visit and would say our LAST visit.

Overall disappointing…. there are better places for the money, shrimp so over cooked couldn’t peel them, when you did they were just shrimp boiled in water with seasoning sprinkled all over them, crab legs were ok. customer service doesn’t exist, not to mention the overall cleanliness deserves no star. The final straw was out of sweet tea….. who in the south doesn’t have sweet tea!!! Any 5 year old raised on the coast could do better. Simply put it was terrible!

Stopped in here for lunch and the food was AMAZING! I had never had crayfish but have always wanted to (northern raised) and I asked to try one. The young lady gave me one to try and talked me through how to do it. I ended up ordering a platter they were so good!
The staff is super friendly and welcoming! The prices are very reasonable and the facility is kept extremely clean.
We will definitely come back whenever we are in town.

I stopped at this local restaurant and I must say that the food was pretty good. This establishment had a daiquiri shop connected to it and it had multiple choices of drinks to choose from. I’m not a drinker so I opt out and just enjoyed the food and the football game. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I would definitely stop again to feed my face.

Disorganized and Disappointing Experience
I was hoping for a pleasant first visit to Killer Crabs, but the experience left a lot to be desired. The restaurant’s management needs to seriously rethink its approach to customer service and efficiency.
First off, the ordering process is completely disorganized. If you want both shrimp and crawfish, you have to stand in two separate lines—without any signs indicating this. That alone makes no sense from a customer standpoint.
When we finally got to order shrimp, we opted for the spicy version, expecting a well-seasoned boil. Instead, what we received were shrimp boiled in plain water with seasoning just sprinkled on the shells. That’s not how a proper seafood boil should be done.
Beyond the food, the overall cleanliness and setup were disappointing. Tables were left dirty, trash was scattered around the patio, and it took 40 minutes to get our food. To top it off, the outdoor handwashing station had no soap or paper towels.
While we weren’t treated badly, the poor management and inefficient service made for an unpleasant visit. This place has potential, but they need to step up their game.
