Food was great. Cashier lacked personality. Server that brought the food to our table and checked in a few times was really lovely. Atmosphere was great. Very clean. Unisex individual bathrooms have baby changing tables in them!

Came with the whole family. They enjoyed there burgers. My husband got the BBq burger and the kids got chicken sandwiches and the kids cheeseburger. Large burgers and filling. A basket of fries was enough for the three of them. I didn’t order as it was about 80 degrees in the store and I cannot eat when it’s that hot. Not sure why it was so hot but we quickly ate and left. Service was okay.

Was excited to try “killer burgers” until I got home and found the wrong order. I ordered their special priced 11 dollar burger basket ×2. With one of them having a double burger, on the side for my dog. Cheese on one of the burgers. What I got was 2 patties in a box,fries in another, the second basket had no cheese but had bacon we didn’t order. I called to get my other hamburger, which I had to return to receive. No lettuce, tomatoes, mayo or any condiments! Just dry. And with bacon,again,I didn’t order.Giving the food place a huge1! Paying nearly 30 bucks for 2 burger baskets that is a standard order there plus tip…..thanks for the wrong order…TWICE! NOT EXCITED TO TRY THIS PLACE AGAIN!

Was greeted nicely by Rahja as we entered and she took our order as well. She was very personable with a great attitude as we picked out our burgers. She even checked in on us to make sure everything was going well; the burgers, fries and drink were really tasty. Employees that care, especially in food service, are getting harder to find; it makes a big difference and is greatly appreciated. We look forward to coming back again soon.

Im NOT a burger person. The last time i had a burger was a year ago at Dicks in WA. My partner said this place was *really* good, so i skeptically humored him. Yall, that beef was so tender, so well ground and pressed, that i honestly couldnt parse its texture from the other ingredients. The beefy flavor was very much still the star of the show, dont get me wrong. I got the bbq bacon one, cant remember the name, added extra grilled onions and some crispy jalapeños, and off to heaven i went. My partner got the peanutbutter pickel burger and regretted it, per his words “its just too much peanutbutter” i was too much of a scaredy cat to try it.
The place is huge, so much floor space, i imagine its great for weekends out or game days. I personally didn’t enjoy having this huuuge place being so empty at dinner time on a weekday night, but i imagine thats just what youll get during their off hours, no harm no foul imo.
The service was okayfor how few people were there. It was 3 tables, two were already eating, and us. We had asked for sauces and did not receive them with the meal, so we got up and asked for em. I do imagine if the lady was at the end of her shift, she was prolly just tired and slightly forgetful, which is why i did not dock any stars for service. She did her best, then fixed the mistake quickly once it was brought to her attention.

Killer Burger is a great and delicious place to have a bite to eat. The atmosphere of the store is quite nice. It feels like you’re at a backyard barbecue. Customer service was great and the staff was really nice and friendly. I got the classic Burger($10.45) with fries($3.50). We also got a crispy chicken burger($8.95). By the way, the chicken wasn’t that crispy it was just a chicken burger. Nevertheless, it was delicious.

Not only is the food phenomenal…the service is absolutely outstanding. We liked it so much, we’ve eaten there 3 times so far just this month and we live all the way in NoPo.
If you’re feeling adventurous, try the peanut butter pickle bacon burger and get some twang on your fries. Sinfully delicious!
My only complaint would be that they only serve Pepsi products in their fountain. Ew.

Edit#2: If I tell the evening crew to cook my food well done, there is never an issue. The evening crew is fantastic.
But today I decided to get food in the afternoon. The trouble comes in with the morning crew.
While the burger was cooked, I got that same rude waitress and had to INSIST the burgers are not regularly well done and that I would like my burger well done. Considering I have an ORDER RECEIPT from the night crew with “Well Done” on the receipt, clearly it’s available in their system to be entered. Even if, perhaps, she was not trained very well (which is not her fault), her attitude is God awful. She was extremely short, didn’t smile, and cleared the screen before I could choose a receipt selection.
I’d honestly like to talk to the manager about her.
In stark contrast, the evening crew needs to get more money. The stars are for them (and the morning cooks).

Edit: I edited this review because the crew on Tuesday April 22nd at 9 pm did right by me. All the way cooked, delicious burger, polite service. Will return. Should any problems follow l, will report.

I hate to do this, because I’ve been here several times, but there seems to be a problem with even cooking. Prior times I got pink in my burger, it was usually just a spot here or there.
Today, I stopped in for a burger. The cashier said “it’ll be out in two minutes”. I thought that was a big speedy, but ok. I got it home, cut it open, and there were bit spots of raw pink.
I took it back. I told the cashier there were spots of raw. At first she said “I don’t know what that means”. Then I had to explain there are are pink potions and it’s undercooked.
They made it again.
The cashier didn’t apologize and kept a smile on her face, but was being passive aggressive about the fact I wanted the burger remade (it’s the same cashier that’s in the picture in Mohammed Elker’s review).
I got it home, cut it in half, and it looked good…in the center. I ate half, began eating the other half to find a big portion of, yet again, raw.
Considering part of its cooked and part of it isn’t, the contrast is very easy to see.
Most of the employees are very sweet, so it’s upsetting to have to put them down as a 1 like this, but it’s a bit ridiculous. I have a feeling the employees are told to cook things via a timer and not temperature, which isn’t safe if your cook top is not cooking evenly.

You know, I’ve been coming to this location for damn near 10 years now. The customer service has really gone down hill. I ordered these same thing I usually get, double teemah.
We put in a big order and she read it back correctly. I chose not to get a receipt (figured I didn’t need it because it was recited back in the correct fashion.)
Food came out, my teemah ended up being a single. I took it back up to the counter and they proceeded to tell me it was rang up as a single and charged me for an extra patty. I don’t mind paying for it, if It was missed, but it wasn’t. Unfortunately having no receipt, I can’t prove that. You could have just made it right and not charged me double but hey, that’s the world we live in nowadays I guess. So this is the first bad experience I’ve had there in near a decade. Pretty good track record, but check your receipts folks.
