I had the ahi tuna salad and the size was very big. It came with a side of rice which I didn’t try because I had also ordered the spicy tuna roll which came with a side of tomatoes. Those tomatoes are so good. Portions are big and friendly staff. I’d definitely recommend this place.

This place is AWESOME! I had the Spicy Beef Plate with Remain Salad and Cold Pasta and girlfriend had the Spicy Salmon Plate with the same sides. The portions are big and the taste is out of this world. We live in Van Nuys and it’s worth the trip just for their food and I should mention the staff is awesome and the place is really clean and comfortable. Treat yourself to a great meal and go there. You deserve it.

My favorite is the salmon bowl cause they can’t mess it up. But every time I order sushi they’re so heavy handed with the rice. But this time was just bad. I got a roll that includes eel, but there was so eel in the roll plus the eel sauce that they used (idk if they changed up the recipe) but it tasted kinda like barbecue sauce. Salmon bowl was good though, it’s hard to mess it up. I’ve given them enough tried that i think im done

The food was great but I didn’t like the fact that upon ordering, we were immediately told that we could not eat inside. It would be take out only or we could not order! We arrived 20 minutes before closing so I am very confused why we were told this. To have the chairs up and you are not closed yet, is very disrespectful to your patrons. Also how can you tell a customer you are closed when you really are not closed? So beware. If you want to eat inside, you have to arrive way before closing.

This place used to be a LOT better back in the day… the portions used to be bigger and tastier, even the salad you get now is such a small portion.
They are also very stingy with their condiments… if you ask for more ginger, you’ll get ONE small plastic container (regardless of the size of your party).
Bottom line, for the price and service you get, I’ll try somewhere else from now on.

Picture is the rainbow roll. The food is alright for the $12. The rolls are big but it wasn’t the best. The rice was cold and the salmon was kinda slimy. But it was still decent. The pasta was delicious and so is the teriyaki cooked salmon. I kinda worry that they don’t use sushi grade fish so I suggest order cooked item. But overall the food is good for its price and the employees are nice. If your looking for quick sushi or asian cuisine I recommend this place.
