Worst beef and broccoli I ever had in my life.I asked her to please do not make the broccoli soft at all i said crunchy 3 times. it’s nasty mushy and over cooked.i couldn’t even chew the beef! I threw all that out !! rice has no flavor so angry I have to throw it out ginger ale only thing I don’t regret buying and I can feel the food messing up my stomach , this is ridiculous !

I don’t get Bayonne. Every restaraunt here that has high ratings has NOT been very good, including Kiku. I don’t understand all the high reviews for this place. I just ordered delivery. The food is so very tasteless, I had to HEAVILY season everything at home just to make it edible. The “House Special Fried Rice” was tasteless yellow rice with a small boiled shrimp, two pieces of chicken, and a piece of pork at the bottom. The “Egg Fried Rice” my wife got was worse. And everything else is extremely bland. Also, the delivery was pretty late and everything was cold.
I’ve been trying new places in the area. I can scratch this place off the list. What a shame. Save your hard earned money.

The only place I’ve found that serves ginger milk tea, I travel from Essex county to Bayonne for this tea. I mean I love this tea so much that I ordered two because I crave this tea during the week and no one sells it near my home. An added bonus is that he food is also great, its not excessively oily which I appreciate, the portion size is perfect too, I love being full and still being able to have leftovers.

I’m just going to lay it all out there. Of course people from Bayonne are going to be judgemental and be quick to say a new place “sucks” if they’re used to eating at dirty greasy spots for years.
With that said, this place obviously isn’t going to be for everyone especially if there’s some kinks to work out.
This is our second time eating here so far, and I think they’re going to be our go to spot from now on. Here’s why…
The first time we had them, the food tasted fresh and very clean. I believe I had chicken with broccoli and there was very little oil left over, if any at all. It was enjoyable but it also wasn’t the best. Keep in mind, they’re still new.
Tonight, perfect. I have no complaints at all with my meal. I had some dumplings that were shared. They’re smaller than traditional, but let me tell you. These were some of the best dumplings I’ve ever had. Very very fresh and they are definitely homemade. I’m not going to complain one bit about them. They’re perfect in my opinion.
My sesame chicken was spot on. Again, no 15 tablespoons worth of oil leftover in the contain. Very fresh tasting and no nasty after tastes. The white rice was very fresh and clean tasting as well.
Now let’s get to the people behind the counter. Some of the nicest and sweetest I’ve ever met. They absolutely take pride in their business. The service is good, food is good, and most importantly… CLEAN!
That’s my take so far and I hope this helps others out. They obviously read the reviews so I’m sure they’ll correct any issues that you may experience. Just be as kind as they are because after all, maybe it’s YOUR attitude that sucks.

Ever since Joe’s Kitchen closed down, I’ve been looking for a new poke place. The poke at this establishment is pretty good, and wouldn’t mind trying out other options from their menu. 5/5

Portions and options of Poke have now changed for the worse. They no longer offer a ‘make your own’ bowl, they no longer offer a free egg in the ‘make your own’ option. And the sizes of the bowls have shrunk by 50%, yet they keep the same price. Very, very sad they decided to take this route.

I ordered here a couple of time and really like it. Def best Chinese food in Bayonne.
My favs are the spare ribs, chicken lo mien, general Tso’s and the fried pork dumplings. I also like the crab Rangoon.
The spare ribs are meaty, juicy and delicious. Very tender and meat falls off the bone. The fried chicken wings are good too, they are deep fried and crispy.
The dumpling soup was a little too salty and the chicken teriyaki was bland and chewy.
Lots of good dishes here and very affordable.
