Great sushis the wait to receive our sushis was long. And I got my chicken teriyaki about 15 min beforey daughter got her sushi which was not impressive.
It’s a cute place but iny opinion the lighting is too much, and the music a bit too loud. But the look is nice. It would be better if it was a bit more darker for the evening to fit with the mood.

I’ve been to Kiko four times, but I won’t be going back. The food and service have really gone downhill. The service was very slow, and when the food finally arrived, the avocado in my sushi was grey and old. Fresh ingredients are the most important part of sushi for the health of customers, especially for the high prices they charge. They remade both rolls but by the time the remade rolls were served to me it had been more than an hour. I would have never needed this if they had used fresh ingredients the first time.
Beyond the food, I am shocked by the lack of transparency. Our table was charged a mandatory 18% gratuity that was never disclosed when I made the reservation. Restaurants should not assume customers know their hidden policies. I’ve been to many restaurants where we made reservations for 8ppl and more and yet this is the first time I’ve heard of this policy. This is not the standard at all restaurants and Kiko was not at all transparent. By forcing this tip, they took away my right to provide feedback on the poor service we received. I essentially paid a $40 surcharge for the worst experience I’ve had here. Very disappointing

Hands down best sushi in Ottawa. More on the expensive side but the price is worth the quality. Food came quick and was fantastic. Spider rolls are a must try, 10/10. Definitely recommend checking out this hidden gem in little Italy!

This was my first time ever trying sushi, and I had an amazing experience across the board! My favorite was the Black Dragon, which had salmon skin on it. It tasted superb. The interior design of the restaurant looked really cool and felt like it was created with intention. The staff were great and made the whole experience even better!

Delicious food in a nice atmosphere. Recommend reservations on a Friday evening. We had the gyoza, tempura shrimp and a selection of sushi. Fun cocktails. Definitely would recommend.

Amazing food! Some weekends are pretty busy which is understandable but amazing staff like a tight nit family! Definitely recommend the beef stir-fry udon, so flavourful. The crunch & munch, mango paradise, and rapture are top rolls for me!

Kiko is one of the best dining experiences I’ve had!
I was introduced to Kiko about 7 years ago through friends. I only remembered that the sake was good and we had a good time. It was enough of a memory that when my son asked to be taken out for sushi for his convocation dinner, I chose Kiko. The location is great with ample parking nearby. Inside, the décor is great and not overwhelming. I love the origami wall!
We were a party of 8, and I would recommend reservations. We sampled almost everything on the menu. It was all fresh and fantastic! I hope the pictures do the menu justice. I should note that there were some sushi sceptics in the party. I can absolutely say no one left disappointed.
Green tea ice cream is now a personal favourite.
Athena, our server, was awesome! She walked us through everything on the menu providing breakdowns when asked. She really made the experience better.
I highly recommend Kiko if you’re looking for a sushi experience.

The BEST sushi in town.
Can’t find words to describe how delicious it is. After biting it, it instantly melts in the mouth and gives this soft and slightly chewy feel. I love how it was also brushed with the perfect amount of soy sauce. I also love how there was a perfect amount of wasabi.What I found about restaurants serving sushi’s is that they tend to put too much wasabi/horseradish. I love how there was a perfect amount of wasabi in it. The wasabi compliments it, heightening the flavour. Love the pizza sushi <3 <3 <3

10/10 would come back more often.

The rolls I had here were so yummy! Great gluten-free accommodations as well! Our server was Nikki and she was working very hard and making sure we had a good experience 🙂
