My wife and I moved to Townsend from Woburn earlier this fall and we are big foodies. We love Asian food and had heard from others that there wasn’t any food ramen or pho places in the area. They clearly have never been to Kiki’s. Despite the small dining room – about 6 tables in total – it doesn’t feel that tight when dining in. The ramen was outstanding. It’s definitely a bit pricey, in my opinion, but you get what you pay for. Oh, and the service was lightning quick. We ordered from their digital screen system when we walked in and had our food less than 10 minutes afterward. I highly recommend giving KiKi’s a shot. You won’t regret it.

Always a great experience with delicious food! I tried the fried chicken ramen soup for the first time and it did not disappoint! The noodles, egg, broth, and chicken were all cooked perfectly. Will definitely get this again.

Great place, surprisingly good. Menu was small, but it meant not spending a lot of time figuring out what I wanted. Loved the ordering kiosk, made things so easy for me and my young daughter. Staff was attentive, but the place is primarily a take out place, whovh is sad, i think you lose some of the experience. Place was small, only 4 2-seat tables and 1 4-seat, but it was still comfortable. Food was great, we enjoyed it. Limited vegetarian options, no or VERY limited gluten-free options (no main course). Will definitely go again! It does get a bit chilly, not uncomfortable for me, but noticeable at best.

Very small place. Not much seating but the food is AHHH MAZINGG. broth and no broth ramen options. I’ve never had a wait of over ten minutes. Generous portions and very filling. 10/10 recommend. You can order online or call in your order. Owner is very kind. I’ve gone back several times, and will continue to go back. We love it

I absolutely loved this place! The food was delicious! The gyoza was perfectly crispy and flavorful, and the tonkotsu ramen was amazing, with a rich and tasty broth. Everything tasted fresh and authentic. Can’t wait to come back!

I think it’s a bit overrated because the most important ingredient in ramen -noodles- tasted like store-bought ones but the taste of soup was delicious. The other dish, Japanese karaage, does not have a distinctive flavor, just a regular fried chicken. I do not think we will try again.

Absolutely amazing! Small quaint place, which means everything is truly handmade with care. The fried gyoza are on another level, and the ramen is absolutely delicious! Our server anie (im not sure if I spelled that right, it was pronounced Ah-nie) gave us impeccable service! The food came very fast, she warned us about having to replace the vegetables, when she saw us wiping our table she came right over with extra napkins without us even having to ask! She packed our food in to-go bags and was so kind. Would definitely recommend this place!
