The chilaquiles have a good taste wish it was spicier but that’s just me. The portion was good.
Price $25 for Chilaquiles and a OJ.
It had Cold rice, over cooked dry meat patty (hard as a rock), can gravy. Poor interpretation of a classic Island dish.
At first the sever who took down are order was nice but then we got stuck with this young lady with glasses who was overall rude. She accidentally brought the wrong order to my friend and when my friend told her politely about the wrong order the waitress was bothered. When the waitress got the plate and turned around she rolled her eyes. When the waitress thought that my other friend got the wrong order, she tried taking my friend’s plate without asking if it was correct or not, (again bothered). My other friend politely told her that her order was correct.
The waitress rolled her eyes at her. The waitress didn’t even bother to hide it.
Also it took more than 40 minutes to get our food and no one gave us any updates on our food or apologize. No one ever refilled our cups or offered us napkins. No one ever checked on us to see if we needed anything or asked how is the food.
This was my first time there and I told my friend is it just me or is she being rude?
My friend said oh yeah, she’s always rude and I come here often.
I told her well this will be my last time coming because I do not tolerate that and you were nothing but polite with her the whole time.
That young lady with the glasses was rude the whole time. I wish I had the one who took my order instead. It’s like that young lady with the glasses swooped in to get all the credit and the tips.
When I paid in cash, the young lady with the glasses gave me back my change and said with attitude here’s your change. So I gladly didn’t tip her.
How do you expect people to come back with that rude service and expect a tip.
The atmosphere… was not there. If it wasn’t for the food quality, I wouldn’t dine in again. Some minimal upgrades with drywall repair, paint, and upholstery would go a long way. If my first impression was solely based on the atmosphere, I would have turned around and left right away.
