Thank you Angela Phillips for making our life so much easier. We ordered quite about of food and we had no way to carry it. Angela went above and beyond to help us by finding a small box to help us carry our food out. Thank you so much Angela, you were friendly, professional and most of all, demonstrated true hospitality.

It’s a quick service restaurant in a theme park. It was actually better than I expected. We wanted to go to Deli Takeover but they closed at 3 and we arrived at 3:10. Kick’n Chicken was open to 4. The fries were the best part and the dipping sauces station was awesome. Not much of a crowd at 3:30 on a Thursday afternoon.

Horrible customer service and support.
We are sitting here and the employees stay hidden in the back to not assist.
Over priced and not clean.
System charge us twice because it gave a server error, we brought it up to the employee. He said manager not here , that Danielle will try to look at ot another time.

It’s better than McDonald’s chicken but less than Chick-fil-A. It definitely tasted like real chicken and didn’t taste oily fried at all. We thought it was great for what it was. We had a 5 and 7 year old and still had about 1.5 cups of French fries left.
We got our meal for free since someone didn’t pick up their order. There soda machine is free for all .

What a surprise! We had the vegan tenders and they were phenomenal. Morningstar brand, we were told by the friendly staff. They heard it was my birthday and played 16 candles. Very clean place. Highly recommended!! Negative voices tend to be loudest on Google reviews, but they can be misleading.

Poor customer service, requires online order ahead of time. The place is over crowded and to absolutely make it the worst!! It is hot as you know what outside, ordered a nice cold coke and the dang machine is out of mix…. SMH!
Then tried the Powerade, out of mix also…. Hope you like that $4 filtered tap water with your $300 tickets to the park!

This place is absolutely horrendous. The food tasted like it was 2 weeks old. The chicken sandwich was a frozen patty. The fries were old and cold. It was the worst meal I have had at a theme park, and I take my kids to all of them. It’s also extremely over priced. Avoid at all costs.

The French fries and chicken tenders were excellent. The food came out hot. You could tell it was prepared when you ordered it and hadn’t been sitting under a hot lamp all day. Several dipping sauce options and a soda fountain with free refills. We ate here two days in a row.

Today we had the family meal for 4. It came with 12 chicken strips and tons of delish fries. Everything was fresh and hot! We asked for the ketchup to be refilled because it was empty and the employees quickly replaced the empty tub. We stayed in while the electricity flickered in and out a few times and stayed dry from the small storm system that passed through.

Cute place for chicken tenders and fries. Diner vibes with cool dip stations. Food came out pretty fast. Only complaint was the salad had a lot of bad lettuce I had to pick out and they gave me about a pound of shredded carrots on top.
