My kids favorite. We started ordering take outs for their birthdays last year consistently. The food is always great and we all love their signature sauce. Also thankful for their manager Tracy for taking care of my concerns on 9/25/25. I appreciate it and will continue to keep coming back.

We went there on a Thursday about 630p. Lots of free parking at ka makana alii. We actually walked-in, but when it’s busy you have to sign in to a waitlist. We actually was seated right away. Our server was okay, but there was a little wait for the food. We had the snow crab combo with spicy. The seafood was cooked ok, but not as much flavor. The rice and potatoe was on the hard side. It might be awhile before i come back.

This is a really good seafood restaurant. Just not great. Great flavors and well seasoned with plenty of choices to choose from. I enjoy the space in the booths and the music in the restaurant. I think the price is a bit much for the amount of food you get. Over the last few years it seems as if the prices have gone up constantly. All in all I would def recommend this place to anyone looking to have good food which a great vibe.

We visited Kickin Kajun around 11am. It’s a spacious, modern restaurant. They have lots of seafood boils to choose from. They also have alligator, calamari, po’boy sandwiches, etc. Staff was friendly. Helped us pick our drinks, which were perfect! We ordered sweet potato fries, alligator bites, calamari, onion rings, and a poboy catfish sandwich. Everything tasted very fresh. It was freshly fried. The waiter was very attentive. The food came out in good time. The price was reasonable. They have booths available for larger parties. All of the food was good, buuuut they needed a Little bit of seasoning Somewhere on the food. It tasted as if the food was all fried in the same fresh grease. Mix it up a bit and pick some seasoned batter. Outside of that, the food was good.

The Gator was overcooked and chewy. The mermaid purses were just plain cream cheese and a shrimp. We got 3 crab legs for over $65, so the value is not worth it.

I’m a big Boiling Crab fan, but in Oahu this is the best Viet Cajun place I’ve been to so far. I believe our server name was Friday. She was very attentive! They had music playing and individual booths for larger parties. Clams were huge! Everything we had was fresh. No complaints on our first visit. Definitely our go to spot now for crawfish and other seafood.

Fabulous Crab boil!!! Service was wonderful! Food was excellent! We had the garlic butter sauce – highly recommend. Medium spice – perfect!!! Maureen was our server – friendly, attentive and responsive.
