Amyya picked our table up when our first server had to abruptly leave. She was personable, friendly, suggested and recommended house favorites and answered all of our questions. After a 12 hour day – this was the place to be to come recharge for a decent price and you can’t beat the quality of food for the price! Thank you Amyya for being the incredible human you are!

Had a wonderful time here with a group of old friends while I was visiting family for the holiday season. The atmosphere was just what we needed to get us energized and ready to socialize and catch up with one another after a few years of not seeing each other.
Our server Jordan provided such excellent service and recommendations for menu items. The wings were phenomenal and the burger was juicy and flavorful. He was very kind and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Christen is the best bartender at this location! Her drinks are some of the best I’ve ever had in a restaurant setting, and they are always made perfectly. I am one of her recurring customers because the service and quality never disappoint. Whenever Christen is behind the bar, I know I’m going to have a great experience especially after a long day at work.

Great place to get a bite, they have a little bit of everything. App, drink and 20 wings with fries run me $40. So all in all I didn’t think it was too bad. Recommend this High Point location vs the others.

Ebeney, the server that normally takes care of us (per request) is amazing. Always pleasant, attentive, and accommodating to our needs. She is truly a treasure! Came for the food, stayed for Cam. She was our waitress and absolutely AMAZING fast, friendly, and somehow always showed up right when we needed something (are we sure she’s not psychic?). Food was great, vibes were even better, and Cam 100% made the experience. If you go to Kickback Jack’s in ,High Point, NC, do yourself a favor and ask for her!

I brought my family in last night to watch the Ole Miss game and Miami. Go Miami! We had the pleasure of sitting with Jordan. He was very attentive and had great recommendations and knew how to pair drinks with certain meals that we got. He was also very funny and loved how he interacted with my two boys. My overall rating would be a zero if it could be. Last night my family and I visited this location for my sister’s bday. Long story short we had 6 orders that had fries every order came out overly salted ( looked as if they were seasoned with diamonds). We addressed the issue with the waiter and she made it right, but we’re now being bought out to the table unseasoned fries and we can season them ourselves. Wow but ok. Now the new fries are being walked out by another person. After asking who she was now we know it’s a manger. I asked her why did it happen and why she couldn’t properly season them as they should be. Every meal that was purchased with fries the fries were left at the table only meal compensated was a seafood platter that came out the fish was broken into pieces as if a dog was being fed the scraps off a dinner plate. Fatima’s response to that is that it’s not going to always come out as a filet. I reached out to corporate this morning on behalf of the issue and was only given I apologize for that I will partner with the GM to get Fatima the proper training on how to handle the situation. The total bill with tip was close to $400. All of the waiters there was apologetic for Fatima’s actions. Even while trying to explain that it was her approach she asked me leave the restaurant if I didn’t be quiet. She never once acknowledged the issue when she approached the table, she never even addressed herself as the manger I had to ask who is she nor did she try to listen to hear out what was going on.

Wait to be seated wasn’t bad. Hostess said it would be 45 minutes. Glad we didn’t leave. Only 15 minutes with 9 parties ahead of us. The food was delicious. Excellent service. Waitress..Izzy was friendly and just awesome.

At 4:30 or 5. We were told nope, can’t accommodate us, we could show up and sit separately. So we did, again told no by hostess, despite plenty of empty tables all around. So we used 2 booths and one table. The same server waited on us, adequate but she put down things the table was on fire. Didn’t anticipate needs like flatware, refills, etc. just ok service, threw down apps before plates or a fork. Lasagne pizza was awful, wasn’t eaten. Dry wings were greasy.gritty and sweet as if there was sugar on them. Another member of our party got no sauce at all on wings but later the manager brought the sauce in a cup, was super rude with an attitude. “ Do you want us to take them back to the kitchen and toss it in the sauce for you?” Our whole table was shocked at her clearly nasty demeanor. Sarcastic. No offer to redo the food, just toss sauce on the wrong wings? On exit the hostess, unmasked, asked how our visit was but was then argumentative when I told her. I watched a nearby table get waited on by a server with hair below her bottom, it dragged the table as she handed food out, her hair dragged the table she was cleaning as she wiped it. Gross.
The kicker was that 3 separate tables, separate checks had gratuity already added in! They couldn’t seat us together when clearly they actually could have but then charged us as one party. Rude from the top down. Sad because it was a birthday gathering. I’ve been to Kickbacks that are really good, this one isn’t.
