Stopped here and ordered take out. They have a booth by the kitchen to order take out and pick up online orders. We ordered one firehouse burger and one bacon jam burger. The burgers were large and delicious. The meals also came with hand cut fries. One star taking off for service because they didn’t give us napkins or ketchup in our bag.

Great place for dinner and drinks. The firehouse burger was on top! They have excellent hand cut fries you should try. If you like stouts, the deep river stout is a great choice. Very good service from the waitresses, and staff. Food is awesome! I’ll be back.

Parking lot is a little crowded, inside is extremely crowded. Don’t bring a child needing a high chair as they will be sitting 2 feet out from the table in the way for everyone else.

We sat on the patio, and the service was almost non-existent. After they picked up the plates it took about 20 min before someone returned with the check. The meals were adequate. The wings were flavorful but extremely small. I used to eat at the one in south Raleigh a lot and really enjoyed it. I don’t know if they’ve all declined or if it’s just this location. I was a bit disappointed.

Well, the wings tasted like wet bread wanted extra crispy and it was the opposite…The 1st time i had the pizza it was totally different than what i got this time. tasted like different sauce, had different crust, and had way less pepperoni than before. Cole slaw was a bowl of mayo, vinegar and chopped cabbage..On football Sunday you have to be on your game…and this location fumbles the whole order. This review is based on the food…The delivery service was fast, and on time. Some places like to blame lack of quality on delivery service…this was not the case.

The service at Kickback’s Jacks is phenomenal. I’m writing this review in the parking lot before I even take off. I truly enjoyed the bar and atmosphere. Prices here are very reasonable. Wings were amazing! Thank you Kickback Jacks. I definitely will be back to watch some live sports!

Dropped in for lunch around noon on Friday, and we were seated immediately. Our waitress took our drink order and returned with them within minutes. Ahi Tuna, Buffalo wrap and classic burger all delicious and out quickly.
