Do Not Waste Your Time or Money at this establishment. I will be spreading the word to my family, friends and coworkers to not patronize either location they are both horrible. I’m new to Delaware and when I first started ordering from here about a year ago they were decent at best every order since then has gone down down down . Yesterday they received the last order they will ever get from me . The chicken was Old, Burnt, Dry and extremely Tiny (see my pics the thighs were about 2 inches with no meat, all bone) I called to complain and the manager Janelle told me she would call the manager and call me back. When she called back I was told I would have to bring the food back to the store to get a refund or a new order . I explained I lived 40 minutes from both location and I should t have to leave my home drive 40 minutes for an error they made . Even a partial refund would have been a satisfactory outcome. All she kept repeating was the owner says that’s the store policy and they only way they can do anything for me is to bring the food back. I’m a chef myself and I have worked at plenty of restaurants it’s a major health code violation to ask for food back that has already left your establishment. Even if it’s being thrown out it’s still considered contaminated once it leaves your establishment. I will be reporting them to the BBB and Health Dept because if they asked me to do this they have certainly done it before. And don’t even get me started about the 2 disrespectful woman at the Lewes location . I’ll review that location separately. So unless you enjoy Horrible service with possibly contaminated food I suggest you not eat at either location . On top of all this they charge you extra fees for using your debit/credit card which is also illegal to do in the state of Delaware.

If I could give this place no ratings I would they took our order were very rude and not very interactive at all. Then when we got our order my husband wanted hot sauce with his meal they tried to charge us an astronomical amount for a packet of hot sauce. The food was horrible and you could definitely tell no thought put into it at all just there for a paycheck we will not be back

Soooo good! Got a 4 piece gluten free fried chicken and gluten free fried mushrooms and they were incredible. Boyfriend said they didn’t even taste gf. They have a dedicated fryer which is a must. Worth traveling for.

i onlyy tried kick n chicken, cause theyy used to serve at myy old track meets. but i had the worst experience wit the food. the worker told me over the phone that the mac n cheese is packaged. & that theyy don’t make the sides there, so y’all have me warmed up paxkages food & charged me $25… the chicken is fresh, needs more breading, & all them looked the size of wingdings. the rolls were okayy, the onlyy reason i rated the service a 3 was because theyy were young & respectful. so reallyy the problem is who eva budgets & picks companyy for the food. it’s a pickk up spot that serves chicken & a few side whyy is everyy thing not made fresh. ik now whyy theirs usuallyy no cars.

Visited this Milford location for the first time today. The restaurant was clean, nice lighting and unobtrusive music. The 2 young ladies behind the counter were great – very friendly and engaging. Ordered the 2pc dark meat meal. The thighs were huge! Baked beans delicious. The roll? Not so much. Bland. A biscuit would have been much better. I will certainly visit again. They have a nice variety of homemade sides that I would like to try. Kudos!

Gluten free options were amazing. The women working was everything you expected and more. She needs a huge raise. The hot wings were fine and I’ll definitely order again, BUT the French fries and gluten free pickles are why I’ll be driving an hour to visit here again.

FINALLY, a place that makes Gluten Free, egg-free fried chicken!!!!! It is delicious!!!! Even better it is the SAME price as the regular fried chicken!!

I went to Kick n Chicken in Milford, De tonight and got ten buffalo wings with medium heat sauce. I got home and sat the bag down in the counter only to hear a “swoosh” sound followed by what can only be described as “water splashing on the floor.” I looked down at the floor and saw it was dry, so I looked in the bag and saw a puddle of sauce in the bag. So I opened the container of chicken and saw nearly dry to the bone chicken with a tiny bit of sauce puddled on the bottom of the container. Extremely disappointed I called the location and was told “oh yeah that happens with the heat from the chicken causing the sauce to come off. That’s why we say to keep it upright when traveling.” I said “Well no one said that nor that the sauce would basically melt off.” Her response was “well you can still dip it in the sauce.” I said “No I can’t. All of the sauce is in the bag.” She said “Well we close at 8 which is in about ten minutes, I would say you could come back but we close soon.” I said “yeah no I’m not coming back.” Her response was “Well I don’t know what to tell you.”
I have never seen this happen with wings. The sauce, as you can see, was puddled in the bag. I put the chicken on a plate bc I was not about to eat out of the container that had watery sauce all over the bottom of it.
And I guess “thanks” for the plain wings and super poor staff response.

Incredible food! Meaty tenders made from chicken breast cooked to order so extra fresh. Gluten free was fantastic!!! We will definitely be back! Customer service was outstanding too!
