Okay so my Rule is when you’re in a good barbecue area you go find some barbecue! This place has some good barbecue! I ordered the Large plate of Small End Ribs they offer the ribs in three heat choices for sauce mild, medium and hot I got medium my tongue is burning my nose is running but my belly is full. It’s excellent food the baked beans top-notch I haven’t had baked beans and coleslaw that good in a long time!

This place has the best Bar-B-Que I have ever tasted anywhere! Their ribs are excellent. They have a pulled pork sandwich that will make you slap somebody else’s mama! And I never heard of putting dill pickles on a bar-b-que sandwich…now it is the only way I’ll eat them! It’s a small place, simply run. You pull up and blow your horn(park close to the window, trust me!) and the lady that takes your order, knows her business! I could go on and on….my first three days in Pine Bluff were spent going back and forth to Kibb’s. You will have to wait a little bit-chill out. It will be well worth the wait! Five stars are just not enough for this place! I give it a 10. And I’m going back tomorrow….not kidding.

This Blake street location has earned (0.5) * at best compared to other locations I have eaten in past years. University and the now closed Wabbaseka were excellent . The quality of food and service has drastically gone to the dumps. Shamefully to say this place fits well into a city that once thrived. Buy 5 and get one free is not a good deal because the 5 you buy should be free as well due to the unflavored and increase amount of fat you received on their beef sandwich whether chopped beef or sliced. The pull pork was not fresh. The lack of attention given to fulfilling the specifics of your order makes one think that money is the driving force of the business. I have had frozen sandwiches more tasty and satisfying from the frozen section of a convenience store. The mother of all disappointments is expectation. I expected more than a fat saturated jumbo bun with mediocre sauce and skimpy poor quality meat. Hopefully this review will allow someone to make a better decision than I did.

We’re camping close by, visiting from Wisconsin, and stopped by to try some local barbecue. It was delicious! The best baked beans we’ve ever had, Cole Slaw so good too! We ordered medium BBQ sauce on our tips, plenty of heat.

The barbecue and beans and potato salad was good but the customer service was abysmal! The young man at the window did not greet me with a smile and he did not give me eating utensils; which means I had to eat with my fingers because I was on the road; and I tipped the young man nearly $5.00 before I realized I had no eating utensils. This was my first time eating at Kibb’s; service needs to get better. But the food was great and I’d recommend the restaurant for the food.
