Talk about a hidden gem—Khun Dang is the kind of hole-in-the-wall that makes you believe in food miracles. I wandered in on an empty stomach while waiting for a haircut next door, and let’s just say… the Pad See Ew slapped. Perfectly chewy noodles, fresh veggies, tender meat—this dish passed my Thai food litmus test with flying colors.

Turns out it’s a husband-and-wife duo running the show—he’s the wizard in the kitchen, she handles everything else like a boss. Power couple goals. Can’t wait to come back and eat my way through the rest of the menu. 10/10 would skip the haircut next time just to eat more.

It is very small restaurant, the interior design is not very good, food takes minimum 20 minutes, so call ahead and pick it up would be better. The portion is just a little smaller than expected, but the flavors are same as authentic thai food.

Extremely small space for dining. They only have 2 staff in the area. When I got there, there was no customer but there were plates needed to be picked up that was still in the other table for an hour already. Took 1 hour and 15 mins for my food to come out (so dont go if you are in a rush). There is no restroom for dine in customers either. Server is extremely rude. I

As with most Thai food, I’m not entirely sure what exactly is all in some of the dishes I’ve eaten. Thai food is like a civil war of conflicting flavors. Sometimes it works for me and tastes like nothing I’ve ever eaten before in the most wonderful way, and sometimes it’s the opposite and it tastes almost jarring and I can barely make it through a couple of bites. Mostly it depends on the strength of the restaurant. And for some reason this little hole-in-the-wall place makes it taste better than any other place I’ve ever eaten. The food is delicious, the delivery is fast and free, and did I mention that the food is delicious?

Food was really tasty. Was happily eating and found two long hairs in my food. Waitress came back and said she wasn’t charging me for my plate, but was still charging for my friends food. I left hungry and still had to give them money. I would have given them four stars despite hair in my food, but I found it petty that they wouldn’t comp the $11.99 meal after making a nasty unsanitary mistake.

I have only ordered pick up from here a few times through Eat 24 or Grubhub. This is a really good place for Thai food and is currently one of my favorites in the valley! I have ordered both the Pad Thai and Pad Kee Mow (my personal favorite) and they are both extremely delicious.

There are differing heat levels for all the spicy foods, but tread with caution. Their spicy is pretty spicy and I am someone who has a good tolerance to heat!

That this has got to be one of my ALL-TIME favorite THAI food restaurants
*I love their TOM KA KAI soup; it is the best I have had anywhere.
I am Vegan so I special order my soup, which they gladly accommodate me: no fish sauce; substitute tofu for meat; lots of extra veggies {except for no onions of any kind}. When I call an order in or go in to order, they remember me with a smile and extremely fast service.
The restaurant is cozy around 18-20 and the service is fast & efficient.

This is one of my favorite take out Thai place since It’s a small place so we rarely eat in. But their food is really good and tastes really authentic, seems to be a lot more flavorful than other Thai places around here. I used to live just down the street and we would order from it a couple times a month, now we have moved about 20 minutes away but we still order from it whenever we can.
