The moment we walked in we were greeted and given suggestions! The vibes are amazing the staff was great. We ordered 2 jalapeño burgers and crispy chicken fries. the burgers were delicious and loaded with jalapeños. so much flavor in them. the fries were different from what i’ve had before (ina good way), but definitely need a signature sauce! overall great experience and an amazing late snack go to!

Great customer service and nice cozy place. It’s halal. First time here. I got the mix sliders with fries. The pulled beef was okay. The flavor is off and I think it’s just because I’m not used to this kind of flavor?! It wasn’t that spicy but the red sauce base is not my thing. Mixed with the coleslaw and fries helped me cover up the taste. The chicken slider was horrible. The smell and taste. It smelled like it was still in the freezer. Like a freezer smell. I got it switched to the pulled beef. Overall It’s just not my kind of food preference. 5 stars for great customer service and atmosphere. But unfortunately the food is not for me and it cost me $17.

11/11/26 Went in late night Sun for dinner. Chicken sandwich was very excessively loaded with moisture and sauce and was falling apart soon as I grabbed. Very disappointed with that. I still squeezed out the excess and ate it so it doesn’t go to waste. Pulled beef burger had the same issue and was not as tender as the original Piscataway location. Classic was still solid as the original location. I see other reviews also complaining about the excess moisture and sogginess. How can someone blast a burger with so much to not understand that it way overboard??? I didn’t take a pic but look at the chicken burger pics from other reviews. If you point it out earlier right upon the first bite, they might fix it for you. Don’t just chuck it w/o saying anything or after unpleasantly eating it so it doesn’t go to waste. Masala chai was on point. Lulu at the reception was very helpful explaining things! Shekanjbi was also more sugary than I would have liked. Would appreciate options with less to no sugar that are not processed. It was also extremely cold that night and the door kept opening with the wind. Not a good look. I moved spots but the cold wind was still coming in.

Their food was really good and perfectly met all the expectations of local, traditional, and street-style food. Also, I felt a comforting and familiar vibe in the restaurant’s atmosphere due to Azaan Voice. May Allah bless their work, and Insha’Allah, whenever I visit again, I’ll definitely come here again.

The crispy chicken sandwich was bad. The chicken was kinda dry and grainy and could tell they didnt tenderize the meat. It had way too much sauce and felt kinda soggy and was such a mess to eat. I only ate half and threw the rest away. The paratha wrap bread was thin and ate like a chip, its not like the soft thick and flakey parathas. Plus the roll had way to much sauce which made it overwhelming. I actually couldn’t finish it and only ate half.
I whent there twice to give them another chance, dissapointed!

Was my second time going and it was just as good as the first! I ordered the loaded chicken fries and was not disappointed. The portion was massive, did not skimp on the fries or the chicken. The sauces on it was a great combo of sweet, spicy, and savory. The guy at the counter (Humad, I’m probably spelling your name wrong!) was so incredibly friend and chatted with our table for a bit. The interior is pretty simple, but clean and cozy and quiet. I’m looking forward to trying their lamb chops next. Would definitely recommend this gem in JSQ.

I came from San Francisco to visit New York and this was my first stop. The staff was very friendly. The new Zealand lamb chops was exactly how the pictures looked. The hot chai is amazing on a cold night . Thanks for being open late.

I love coming here to get the classic burger, they make it extra spicy just the way I like it! They have a great menu and clean dine in area. Humad is very hospitable and really makes sure you’re taken care of. Cant wait to come back!
