Reviews
The restaurant itself is very low-key in the best way. It has a fast-casual vibe that’s perfect for those days when you want to go out and enjoy amazing food without dressing up.
The waitress who helped us (while also managing to-go orders) was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely warm. You could tell she truly cared, which made the experience that much better.
And the food is absolutely incredible. Every dish hits the spot, the flavors are bold and satisfying, and the portions are very generous. On top of that, the prices are extremely reasonable for the quality you’re getting.
If you’re ever in the mood for consistently delicious Thai food that never disappoints, Khaosan is a must. We’ll definitely be back again (and again).
Good, fresh food. It’s delicious. I was happy with the value for the price we paid along with what we got in terms of quality and portion size.
It’s more on the takeout side, but the service is top notch if you dine in.
4 tables for 4, 2 tables for 2. This place is definitely cozy. Lol. The front is right on the corner. If you blink, you’ll miss it.
We ordered the:
Pineapple fried rice $16: Great, chewy rice, and they use broth for flavoring. The little bit of fresh scallions gives a nice grassy note.
Paht Thai w Chicken $14: zippy! The noodles are tender, and you can taste the peanut. It’s sweet.
NY Steak with lime & cilantro Salad aka Neuh Nahm Thouhk $20: tasty, zippy. Love the lime kick, and the cilantro adds that signature Thai grassy freshness. The beef was tender, cooked perfectly.
Thai Iced Tea: steals the show. Yum! It’s got notes of mellow spice blend flavors. It’s deep and rich. This is definitely not your average iced tea with cream in it. There’s more to it.
Iced Jasmine Tea: try it with cream like the Thai Iced Tea. This adds a nice, cool refreshing aspect to the drink.
Parking: As far as I know, just street parking. There is no “lot in the back” or anything.
The food is amazing and everyone is very kind and friendly
Consider considering how everything is so expensive nowadays …. For example, you want to get a burrito from a taco tent in the street—-they have no overhead no rent no tax no electricity and water and bills and you still get charged $18 for a burrito…. All these things considered their prices are so amazing and cheap.
The food is remarkable and again the staff is very kind and friendly. It seems like a family.
First I noticed the sweetness of the curry broth that was very well balanced with a kick of spice and lemon (I chose medium spiciness). Then the soft delicious egg noodles that were soaked with this wonderfully tasting broth.
Then the perfectly cut, tender chicken…the whole dish was excellent.
And here I am saying this after knowing that I didn’t want to stay in the beginning. There was one person besides me and my friend sitting inside. Very soon after, people didn’t stop coming in.
This place is a hidden gem. I loved every flavorful bite of that curry dish.
The employees were rude, disrespectful, and totally careless. They were rushing around pretending to be busy, but clearly had no idea how to manage their responsibilities. Many other delivery drivers were waiting as well — frustrated, ignored, and disrespected just like me.
I’ve traveled the world and never experienced such disgraceful customer service anywhere else. This place is a disaster. If you value your time and dignity — avoid it at all costs.
