Nice workers, they have a line of hot foods available, they always have my cigarettes. One time I bought the wrong phone charger and they let me return it and get the right one with no issue. They’re very nice here. Store is well cleaned and inside food area is always busy!

Today I stopped in to get cigarettes, yall…$80 dollars later I forgot my cigarettes and I got 3 meals from the hot food area. When I tell yall, this food…..AMAZING. QUALITY. CLEAN KITCHEN. THE TASTE….THESE CHEFS DONT MISS, I swear to God, some the best soul food….from beef sausage to catfish to ox tails, to Mac and cheese, black eye beans, collard greens, sweet potatoes, spaghetti my God this was so good. Thet have so many options this just a few i tried…Amazing service as always, very nice owner opened a Lemonade for me to try, amazing service. 10/10 GOTTA RECOMMEND on the soul food tip ALL DAY i added photos for yall to see them plates…

Food taste like it could of been dog food! Meatloaf was dry and not done, Mac & cheese was out the box, green beans was flavorless & rice was not soft
My friend dinner was terrible Oxtails was dry, cabbage was not seasoned and pig feet was dry
Yea will not be going back for any food I am not satisfied that I spent $40 on food I didn’t barely eat

The food WASNT HITTING. It was very bland and the greens where canned greens and salty( could taste the can). 29.00 for tough oxtails meal (2 meals at 63.00) No cornbread. Food looked like it had been reheated a couple times.

The store is nice with almost everything you would ever need. I attempted to order a hamburger and was told they are out. I then ordered a chicken shawarma. I waited about 10 min for it, they were busy. It was quite possibly the worst chicken shawarma I’ve ever had. There was a bitter taste throughout. The vegetables could not have been fresh.

The oxtails were oily, fatty and had no flavor, they were very tender though. The mac and cheese was cheesy but lacked seasoning, the potatoes were cheesy but again lacked seasoning. I had a side of gravy and rice and the gravy was very watery. Not a very welcoming staff even though i stressed i had never been there before. Food looked like it had been sitting a while, not covered. But try it for yourselves, I personally wont be back.

Absolutely the worst soul food in the city and I never write reviews. Catfish was fair but not crispy at all as requested. The dressing, rib tips and cabbage was the worst we’ve ever tasted by far. Banana pudding was good.

First time here, driven by hundreds. Went for the wings and they were delicious. I wanted to try the shawarma but there was so many choices. Staff was kind and welcoming. Like the terminator “I’ll be back”
