The restaurant was fairly slow when we walked in a few customers came in behind us. Our meal came out very fast and freshly cooked so hot. We could hardly eat it.. half of the dining room up in the front was closed and blocked off the area near the sodium machine needed to be cleaned. Someone had spilled some drinks. We enjoyed our meal and we’ll go back when we pass through.

I have been ordering KFC for many years with ABOVE average results. Today, I ordered a bucket of chicken that was the worst I have ever had from anywhere! Severely overcooked, or sat on a warming rack for a couple days. MINUS 5 stars. Shame on you KFC Faribault. Will be a long time before I forget this disaster. 11/12/2025

Well it seems most all these reviews are terrible. Mine will be the same. I don’t understand how you can not give fresh food. My husband went up to request fresh chicken (our nuggets were freezing cold and chewy) the lady and her manager both said the same thing. These are fresh. End of story i guess? ? ? Besides the sky high price for what looked to be good chicken nuggets on the sign these things were teeny tiny chewy like warm and disgusting. If a customer request fresh food why not just get it to them ? To the manager who said these are fresh they been sittin a little over ten minutes. !! Well sir. That was the comment that made us just get a refund and keep your Luke warm food. You get a huge zero for customer service. Ten minutes ? Really ? Can you possibly cook it once it’s ordered or sometime close to it. Your prices are high enough I expect my food hot. I won’t return here if it was the last meal to be eaten on earth. My suggestion for anyone else is kwik trip across the street. You can get it all there and guess what ??! It’s fresh lol and they wouldn’t hesitate to make it fresh if it weren’t. You guys at kfc should take a hint based on these reviews and do something better. Right now your sinking ship. Here’s the pic of the bowl. Cheese didn’t even melt it was that cold. Didn’t grab a pic of the nuggets wish I had because ooofff they we’re definitely trash !

I am very impressed with the new remodel. Everything is very nice and clean. I had the buffet today. It was well stocked, and the food was hot and fresh. They had baked chicken, original, and Extra Crispy on the buffet, as well as slaw, mashed potatoes, beans, biscuits, several salad items, as well as desert. Service was good, and the restaurant was immaculate. Great go-to place for a very quick bite with no waiting.

I will never order food from this place again. Ordered online 45 minutes before I was to pick up my order. Got to the place 10 minutes early and was told my order did not show on their system. When they finally found it, I was told that they did not have enough chicken to fill the order that I placed. The order was for a 12 piece meal, extra crispy. Was told that I could have half of the order, but the rest would be regular. I told them that I ordered it way ahead of time so that it would be ready. They said that it would be 45 minutes if I wanted it the way I ordered it. When I said that I wanted what I ordered, the lady said that she was going to call the owner. When she came back, she said I could request a refund online. I had people waiting for this food, and did not have time to make “Other arrangements” for lunch! I was also told that I should leave because I was disrespecting her employees. She was the only one that I talked to!!! I finally got a mixed bag of chicken in my order, and was not even offered anything extra for my trouble. What is the purpose of ordering ahead of time if they can’t even get the food ready.

Hubby and I had a great experience at the KFC in Faribault. The chicken was tasty and the appropriate temperature. I love the KFC coleslaw and it did not disappoint. Hubby had the mashed potatoes and gravy, and it was the same, standard recipe fans have come to love. We were the only people in the restaurant. It is a little tricky to get in to from highway 60 West. I noticed a banner inside the restaurant noting this location is one of the top 50 KFCs in the US! Employees were kind and professional. The bathroom was clean and stocked with supplies.
