I would not order food from here especially the chicken sandwich! On Monday Feb. 9 I went through drive-through on my casual lunch hour and was craving a chicken sandwich (far from seldom that it did me good). That whole week my stomach was so upset diarrhea, upset stomach and vomiting I left early from work the following Thursday. Then luckily I had a Pap smear scheduled the next week at my providers office. Results thankfully negative but guess what! I’m notified today 3/4/26 meds were sent to my pharmacy for a fungal infection! Yeah, thanks a lot KFC Prosser! No stars for me.

My S/O ordered a mattys cheesey bowl.. what a joke. There was literally 3 bites of food in the container it says it’s supposed to have cheese curds, fries chicken nuggets and gravy. There were no fries. 2 nuggets and about 5 cheese curds. They did put an absurd amount of gravy on it though. I got a classic mashed potato bowl. The chicken looked like they forgot about it in the fryer and there was zero gravy on mine.
We definitely won’t be going back there..
And before anyone says we should have gone back in we had gotten it to go, so we didn’t see it before we were already back on the freeway.

Not sure WHEN this chicken was actually cooked, but it was barely edible, over cooked and so dry.
The cold slaw, mashed potatoes and gravy were decent and the biscuits were great.

This place is always very clean, and they are always very fast. The food is always hot. My favorite thing is the Korean BBQ sauce nuggets. This is a wonderful place always come back.

Worst chicken ever. I ordered a $20 family meal and everything else was fine. But the chicken batter was really doughy and falling off the chicken. It wasn’t crispy or anything. It was the worst kfc chicken I have ever had before. Check your chicken before you leave. My husband said it was like the chicken was setting around awhile before we got it. I’m pissed. Being a truck driver over the road you can’t just stop any were so kfc is supposed to be a treat. But it was a disappointment.

I had a great experience at this KFC/Taco Bell location! The customer service was excellent—the staff was friendly and welcoming, making sure I had everything I needed. My food was hot, fresh, and flavorful, just the way it should be. I also appreciate that they take the time to get my order right without making me wait too long. It’s always a pleasure coming here, and I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Biscuit broke into pieces in my hand and parts of it fell to the floor. The 4 chicken tenders tasted old. Mac and cheese was small serving but tasted ok. Pepsi was good.

Kind and efficient employees at this KFC/Taco Bell. Most of the dining area was in the sun around dinner time. My crunchy taco shells were already broken when I opened them to eat. I know it happens, but that’s usually rare when I go to a Taco Bell. Overall clean.

Ordered to drive thru & asked if I could add to my order & that I didn’t mind parking to wait for the food. The young girl at the drive thru asked the manager “Jesus could she add to her order” he said no that I had to drive around again to order more food. Which is sooo stupid because I still had to wait like 5 mins for my receipt AT THE DRIVE THRU. I ended parking & walking inside to order. He had a totally different attitude then. But yes he was so unprofessional. The girls were very nice.

The chicken nuggets were hot, whole chunks of chicken and lightly breaded. The spicy chicken sandwich was also lightly breaded and spiced by a mayo mixure which made it spicy and good.
The historical pictures and information of Colonel Sanders and KFC were a surprisingly nice touch. There is also a Taco Bell menu here.
Abi smiled and courteously took our order. I later saw her cleaning tables. She is an asset to this location. We would go here again.
