I will not go back anymore. I ordered a large drink and a pot pie bowl. They gave me a medium drink. I told the lady I ordered a large. She gives me a large. The cup was full of ice and still had the amount of pop a medium had. Haha. What a joke. That’s what they do to there customers. I’m good. I won’t go back no more.

Told them my sandwich lacked the sauce. They did not believe me despite me insisting so I went defeated and ate a bland dry sandwich with no visible sauce or any honey/spice flavor at all. The correct response would be to offer more sauce as they clearly missed it or did not put the correct amount as it was regular chicken, dry bread and pickles. Wasted money on a rare fast food trip.

Drive up ordering no longer works if you want the correct order, so hubby went inside yesterday… that wasn’t totally correct, either. Plus buscuits weren’t totally cooked. Previous 3 times, incomplete or incorrect order. Paying more for less food. What’s going on, KFC Union Gap?! We won’t go there again.

Ordered a spicy sandwich combo and a 3 piece chicken tender combo. We get to the window and the total is $15, so something isn’t adding up, it should’ve been like $25. We tell the guy at the window and he will NOT listen to us. He had changed our order to a family bowl fill up (??) and the chicken tender fill up — not what we ordered. He claimed it was cheaper that way, but it’s still not what we asked for. He just didn’t understand that we needed him to start over and just charge us for exactly what we ordered. He finally added the sandwich combo, but he still got the chicken tender combo wrong. And the food was cold.

Ordered at 8:46pm, ended up being told to pull to the front, noticed the guy in the parking spot next to me was waiting for an order as well. The girl who brought the food out to the guy had to be sent back inside for something, the guy ended up taking a couple minutes looking through his bag when he probably noticed there was no food because he went to go inside where two female workers met him at the door with drinks but he talked to them about something wrong with the bag they handed him earlier. The workers went back inside and the guy went back into his car but was still waiting and looked frustrated. The worker bringing out the food was very nice but she went up to his car with a bag and asked if it was his, it wasn’t so she asked if it was ours and, it wasn’t. She went back inside for a couple minutes and came back out with what he ordered. She went back inside for a couple minutes again, and when she came back out she had our food and a medium drink when we ordered two small drinks. I let her know we didn’t have that drink and corrected her. I asked for utensils at the window but didn’t receive them so I had to ask for them again when she came out with our drinks a couple minutes later. We also barely got any of our sauces we asked for at the window. When we got home, we noticed our sandwich we asked to be plain, wasn’t and the mini corn dogs were caked in grease in the box, looked like they’ve been sitting in the box for. a minute. The girl was very nice who took our order and brought it out but they definitely need to work on speed and communication.
