They got my order wrong, and gave me original instead of spicy, so it wasn’t that big of a deal. The float was sooo yummy. Atmosphere was a little unwelcoming. There’s like an old buffet with cardboard sitting on it, but the pictures were pretty neat.

Ordered two chicken sandwiches (one spicy and one regular) and two kfc sauces. Received two regular chicken sandwiches. Not a spicy one and didn’t receive my sauces either. Could have looked past this, shit happens. But for almost $19 that’s absolutely ridiculous. The fact I have to pay for sauces and didn’t get them is astounding. I’ve visited many KFC locations in the US and Canada. While food was good here, the service was not as fast as many others. Dinner was spacious and parking lot free and decently big. Look likes some of the statewide or national wide promotions were not offered here.

Every Saturday my mom gets KFC for take out. The staff is so amazing! They anticipate my call for order, they know me by name and they are all so friendly. Kudos to Carlos and his crew for making us feel welcomed, always addressed with a smile and professional interaction. Good job KFC wenatchee. I hope this rating is shared with each staff member so they know their small random act of kindness makes a difference in this customer’s day.

My mother experienced a horrible interaction at KFC she has gone every Tuesday for the past couple months she didn’t know the price of a chicken bundle and she nervously giggled when ordering and was accused of disrespecting the worker and they said they were being laughed at and made fun of because of their gender/ appearance and my mother felt bad and in no way would have ever made fun of someone she was just in a uncomfortable position he proceeded to refuse to ever sell her chicken again and told her that he would make sure to contact the other KFC and to tell them to never sell her chicken either. Then as my mother walked out he followed her to the car and took a picture of her and her car license plate. I am so disappointed and disgusted how they would treat my mother when she is a regular.
