The $10 for 8 pieces deal is good, but the sides for $3.59 each are a flat out ripoff. TINY NEW PORTIONS! Literally like 2 tablespoons. Not happy with that.

The food was not fresh and not packed well’ and thier system was not let me to write my complete name and print the receipt, As my daughter was asking many times and she was very hungry and based on her serious mental health I came from hotal by bus and bought her own choice food because she was hiting her sister’s in hotal room and asked me to write her name in the receipt but still her last name was not written completely, they were printed receipt of other customer from different receipt printer and printed my family order package food receipt from specific receipt printer.

The service, food, and cost are all in alignment with most fast food these days. Sometimes you just crave some nostalgic greasy fried chicken and mashed potatoes and gravy! We like the coupons they send out in the mail, but they also have a good family deal on Tuesdays! The location is pretty convenient to a lot of places in Vancouver. It’s just off the 500. They even do catering and their app is user-friendly!

Thanks to the deal on their app, all of this was $5.61 instead of $11. It was my first time getting KFC in over a decade. I always had issues with the service at the Hazel Dell location years ago, but girl at the window was extremely friendly! Mostly I just wanted to try the peaches and cream Mountain Dew, which was incredible. It’s not super close to me, but I’ll be back when there’s another deal like this.

I ordered the food from KFC site. It was only for two pieces of chicken, no sides or drinks. I followed the app instructions and time. I went through the drive thru and told them the name and how I ordered. Instead, the woman yelled back at me that there were a few ordered in front of me..come back to the drive-thu in 5-8 min. Immediately, I asked myself if I did anything wrong to deserve being rudely yelled at from the speaker like that. Then, after a few cars in front of me went through the window, I slowly pulled in and asked if it was ready. The same old woman with glasses, yelled out again that ‘it was not ready..I said come back in 8 min!’ She was so loud that the other young staff looked ashamed and didn’t even want to face me. I was so upset and again, asked myself what did I do to deserve being talked like that. I was in the area nearby this KFC and only wanted to get a couple chicken for my dinner salad. I came out and parked in the parking lot, searching on the website the way to cancel the order as I told myself ‘I don’t need this!’. I could not find the way to cancel the order, but found the contact page to message the main KFC customer service. So, I spent those few minutes writing what just happened and sent to KFC.
I don’t mind waiting for my order for a few minutes, but there were two wrong things about this situation. One; what the point of ordering from the site/app ahead of time with the tracking info. It said ready, and was not. Second; the rude staff yelled at the customer who simply followed the app’s tracking and wanted to pick up a small order. She didn’t understand how the KFC app order worked or didn’t care. If I knew, I would just go through and order at the drive thru monitor. I work and serve food to people on the streets. I have to say they are much nicer than this KFC staff. If she does not know how the customer service works, please go find a job with no interactions with others and leave this job to others. Hope this KFC franchise owner sees my feedback and does something about it to avoid this unprofessional manner to his own customers.

Writing this review based on both a Dasher and customer experience. In the past, Vancouver had 3 KFC’s, I believe this is the only one left (could be mistaken) and I notoriously thought they left out something, whether it be butter, honey, napkins… Always at least one thing missing to complete a meal that’s ordered. Since the remodel of this KFC, it seems they have stepped up their game and have now focused on order accuracy in my personal opinion. As a Dasher, you can go inside to get customer’s order as the drive thru is often very crazy. This is a plus. They are clean (they were sanitizing the dining and bathroom when I was there) and everybody followed the government’s mandates on Covid precautions. The restaurant employees checked on me twice to make sure I was helped and soon my customers order was done. I didn’t have to wait very long… At most 5 minutes. This store has customer service issues. I rarely ordered from them until they got the App. When they have a deal for the day, they sometimes don’t have the item cooked or available. When you ask the mgr why at 8pm, she’ll tell you she turned off the cookers early and cannot turn them back on or it will take 45 mins. Then the staff will laugh and smirk if you question it. We’ve spoken to KFC corporate about this store. Be sure to contact them if you have any issues because they will resolve it for you.

I ordered an 8-piece meal for my team working at a construction site, and the customer service was terrible. An employee named Ashley was rude and unprofessional. When I politely asked for 4 plates to share the meal, she refused and said, “We don’t give out our boxes/plates unless you’re dining in.”
When I asked to speak with her manager, she rolled her eyes, hissed her teeth, reluctantly handed me 4 boxes, then slammed the drive-thru window shut and walked away. Completely unacceptable behavior.
I’m leaving this review to warn others and hope management addresses this poor attitude. Customers deserve basic respect! not hostility for a simple request.

Under cooked chicken, gravy bowls had gravy and other foods cooked to the lids, macaroni was awful almost like plaster, in texture and flavor.
The order was delivered, they said we had to come down to fix it, Grandma, went, and was charged for the replacement items as well as the 4 biscuits she ordered.
Bad management, bad staff, this was a very bad experience.
