Well this was a rough one today. I ordered the new wrap with bacon, not spicy, as well as 6 plain wings w/ sauce. Paid. They said the wings would take 10 minutes and pull around to front. Almost 20 minutes later, food comes out. No sauce. Ask the girl to bring it, she does. Go home with food and not only is the wrap spicy, so are the wings. Couldn’t eat any of it. Nothing about my order or experience was good, except maybe the potato wedges :/

Menu is sometimes confusing with too many up charges and additional charges for small small little things. They don’t have a ketchup pumper and we have to open small tiny packets, which is quite messy and ruins our clothes. The price is on the board assigns are not what is the final price

It was nasty. They took 45 minutes to get my order it was so over cooked and gross. The fries were greasy. The only good thing was the Cole slaw. I won’t be going back there until they find a better cook. And get better service.

I bought a bucket of chicken. The price is good, so I purchased it, but I hope they do a quality check. I ordered crispy chicken, and it was too salty. I just threw away the bucket after I ate one piece of it. KFC used to have the best chicken in the world. I don’t know what happened to it. Every time I try, it gets worse.
