Worst experience at this location. Nothing was fresh. Very small portions. Didn’t receive some of my order. When I went back for fresh wedges because they were hard as a rock they immediately handed me another bag with more rock hard wedges after asking for them to make them fresh. Didn’t get my sauces or potato poppers with gravy. Spent $50 and my kids were still hungry because of half full containers and old food. With the price of everything especially food this just isn’t acceptable. I’ll never eat at this location again. Save your money and eat elsewhere. I should have read reviews first and I usually do. A mistake I won’t make again.

I pulled up to KFC at 9:15pm at the drive thru… and they close at 10PM…. The lady from the intercon stated they aren’t cooking chicken right now because they are about to close so its not an option. I mean I get it…. 45 min before you close … Her attitude …. From the beginning… She was not happy that I came by… you can tell she is swaying away all the customers so they can close quickly… I get it…. I worked fast food before and it’s not easy…… its just crazy… the only thing concerning is- I didn’t even get the opportunity to receive any sorts of service. She was pretty rude…. Anywho, that was my experience. I told her I was just going to go somewhere else (since I was craving fried chicken) and let me tell you, her attitude changed. She was so happy to hear we were leaving. So I just wanted to share that your employees.… are not doing the job they applied for. Anywho, that’s my experience coming by KFC today. Anywho, to the lady, I hope you have a great day as well.

Only 4 small pieces of chicken in our bowl. Mash and topping where half full. This has happened multiple times. This is crazy! Money doesn’t grow on trees so getting to order out is a privilege and this is what we get in return for our money management needs to step it up or complaining to corporate is the next step!!

Feel like I spent 50 bucks for the chicken strips they were about to toss anyway. Pretty dry and small and just not great. Wasn’t expecting a gormet meal or anything but wow I was surprised that they served that to someone. Disappointing for sure

Agree with previous post, can we get some fresh food please, nothing was hot, food was barely luke warm, bagger little girl had a snobby attitude, wedges were cold and harder than I’ve ever seen, horrible experience, the KFC by my job in Burien puts this one to shame, that one always has fresh food and greets you respectfully and not snobby or rude like this one, I told them about how bad this one is on Meridian by my house, after avoiding them for so long I decide to give them a chance to see if they stepped their game up and NOPE, seems like they hire a bunch of young kids who don’t care about proper customer service or providing quality fresh food, they treat you like you’re a burden and all they care about is getting off work asap, such a terrible experience, no surprise I see other comments expressing the same, I’ll be avoiding once again, and will be going to Popeyes in the meantime

I paid for a huge order and they forgot half of it, turned around and went back only for the incompetent kids to say I have the whole order and that i need “look again because people exaggerate.” Had I not parked and walked in to speak to the manager they would’ve never admitted to it. Turns out they gave half my order to the car in front of me. Incompetent and pathetic. This is how one of orders came out when they had to remake my order. And I asked for chicken as I can’t have beef and I got beef instead. I can’t wait to replace the staff here.

Went here to get dinner for my family (8-19-25). Food was cold and old, very disappointing. When I tried calling to let them know, phone was busy for several hours! Attempted to call again today (8-20), phone is still busy. This is very unprofessional.
Ordered 8 pc chicken tenders and 3 chicken sandwiches, tenders were inedible and sandwiches were hard. I was there at approximately 6pm, dining room was dirty. Plenty of napkins, however condiments (in dining room) were sparse.

Review unfortunately I cannot. Went here on 8-22-25 and head excellent service. I couldn’t even get my drink filled inside before my food was being served to me. Today on 8-24-25 i went and was met with the unfortunate sign on the door with “staffing.Problems only drive through open only.”. I thought, okay, I want some KFC. Taco Bell, so I waited in the drive through for approximately 7 to 10 minutes. Put my order in and was promptly served with hardly.No wait. I started to pull out and my daughter asked if I had all the food. I said I hope so because the lobby’s not open and i’m not waiting ten minutes to get my order, right. Well, I guess I should have waited in line again….. My order was not complete. And I missed dinner fed my family but now i’m hungry. That means that they also have my money that I paid for the extra food that I didn’t get. In a situation like this, I wonder how many others we’re done the same way and how much money they made on other people not getting their food….. Seems just a little fishy. If you’re going to have only one open, I think you should be able to run the drive through at a hundred percent if not not a hundred and ten percent. On the twenty second I would have given five stars all the way through today.They’re lucky to get any.. But I’ll definitely go back and try again. Better luck to me next time.

The chicken was barely warm, and the fries were cold and barely half full and stale, wouldn’t recommend ordering here.
