Pulled in at 5 pm on 11/6, because my families power was out, and I wanted to bring them dinner. After at least ten minutes at the order window, we tried to order a 16 piece meal and the person said “we dont have enough chicken for that, we have some down but it’ll be 5 minutes” we agreed to wait, but fir the next 20 minutes, the drive thru person completely ghosted us. We couldnt leave the drive thru either because 5here was a car ahead of us, and several behind. Once the car ahead of us got their bag of food, we drove to the pick up wibdow, and the pink haired person there looked us but didn’t open the window or make any sort of gesture that they’d be with us at any length of time. So after waiting a few more minutes, we left to spend 60 dollars on a hot meal elsewhere.

Service was not great. Would not let us choose only dark meat. Acted weird about fries being ordered (complained they would have to give us all the fries they just cooked). Gave us our food for our in-restaurant order in to-go containers. Did not give plates, cutlery. Stood at the counter for about 10 minutes waiting for someone to show up for us to ask for cutlery.
Most tables were dirty, one of 2 toilets were clogged, other one had poop on the seat.

Ordered original recipe, received a mic of original and extra crispy. Wasn’t much of a mix. Out of 12 pieces 1 leg, 1 wing, and several pieces that I couldn’t identify. Finally it was too greasy for my taste. Not the KFC I remember.

Food/Taste/Flavor: 3/5 – the Famous Bowl with just mashed potatoes, gravy, corn, and a few chicken nuggets. It was missing cheese and the chicken was very tough. They were very nice and accommodating when we asked for extra gravy though! The mashed potatoes were very clearly made from a mix as it was on the more watery side.
Ambience: 4/5 – typical fast food chain decorations. You definitely feel the inspiration from both taco bell and KFC. Since there were so many customers coming in and out, some tables were sticky and dirty though.
Service: 3/5 – they tried really hard to serve the customer and deliver the food but they seemed very short staffed where everyone is doing everything but no one specializes in their station. The Taco Bell side seems fairly quick but the fried chicken takes a while.
Value for price: 4/5 – decent price, okay food, but not the fastest service

On 1/2/26 I ordered a 4 piece dark and it was the worst chicken ever. Very disappointed in KFC. This used to be my favorite place. Now I hate it. Last 3 times I went there it was terrible. Chicken was dry and hard as a rock.

I bought a 12 pcs chicken meal. Which is more than 40 dollars. And the chicken on the bottom was super small. It’s only as big as a spoon. And those are thighs plus legs that’s are already tiny on top. That’s a total rip off.

The cashier today was rude and full of excuses. Please do your restaurant a favor and let go of him. He mixed up our order and said a doordasher took it which was a complete lie. He refused to provide a refund and said there was nothing he could do. On our order confirmation we made it clear that it was a pickup. We showed it to him but he refused to do anything abt it. Very disappointed experience.

Against advice from locals, I tried this place with sub-par results. 2 visits ago, I received chicken that was burned and an incorrect side (ordered mac and cheese, received mashed potatos). Today, my Mac and cheese was burned (see picture, that is not gravy, that is burned mac n cheese) and they did not have enough crispy chicken to fill a 4 piece order. Usually, I like KFC but I will wait until Popeyes opens if I decide I want drive through chicken in Port Angeles again.
Final update. ACHIEVEMENT UNLOCKED! YOU ARE NOW REDUCED TO ONE STAR!! I was desperate for chicken so tried them one last time. August 3rd 7:45 PM, one car in drive through, 3 cars in parking lot. My greeting at the drive through was “you are looking at about a 30 minute wait”. No thanks. 3rd time is a charm, no more Port Angeles KFC. Not sure what these people are doing but they definitely are not doing it right.

The shift supervisor Brock should not be a team lead with his non-customer service personality the night I went to KFC did an online order they did not have any chicken only’s chicken tenders that they told us. The KFC cut up the chicken sandwich for their tenders and never told me or my wife they were going to do that. They did not give us our biscuit or fries with our order called back to the store asked for a manager and Brock told me that he was the manager. He was not very friendly and very offensive with what I said to him that we did not get the right order and they were cutting chicken sandwiches and not giving me the tenders, he says that he wanted to tease me.
