I am a lover of KFC. However other than when I got salmonella as a child this is the worst fried chicken I’ve ever had. I just picked it up, it’s coating is soggy like it was in a steam room and dark oil is in the bottom of the bucket it must have been in a long time to drip down. It’s on a cookie sheet so I can hopefully bake some crispiness into it. I’ve been to this location once before and had a similar. Once is a accident twice bad pattern. I’ll only visit Port Orchard from now on.

It took seriously over 20 minutes to order and when we finally got our food it was obviously not fresh. The bread on my sandwich was rock hard and the mac and cheese I ordered for my daughter wasn’t fresh at all. Pretty sure we are done with fast food as a family after that one.

The food was relatively fresh. The restaurant could use a little more attention as far as cleanliness goes. However, the service was wonderful. The staff was friendly, considerate and outright KIND! I hadn’t patronized this particular KFC for a little over a year because the last visit was awful. So glad I gave them another chance. Will definitely return!

My last couple of visits have been better, either they have had training or a new manager. I like the Chicken pot pie. Also with the new menu of $5boxes I think they have improved their menu. I do find my self going here more often. Make sure you have all your stuff, I have still had problems with this.

Kailey and Logan we fast, helpful and pleasant. Did I mention friendly? That too. Wish they had a spicy version of chicken, but their price is right. We usually get the $20 fill up or family feast. Gives us at least 2 and sometimes 3 meals. Hard to beat that.

Eva at this location is awesome! She got my order out quick, and with a smile. I didnt know when they closed, and I saw another car, so I pulled in, and she happily took and completed my order without hesitation. While in the drive through, I looked it up, and they were at closing, and she didnt mention it, or have an attitude or anything, as I would expect, and understand. She is a valuable team member, and she knows customer service! I wish every place I went had employees like her.

Ordered a #5 – $5 Filll Up meal. The Customer Service was excellent. Food was served before the money transaction was completed. Food was hot and what I’ve come to expect from KFC. Restaurant was clean. Crew seemed very upbeat and cheerful behind the counter.

Went to KFC. Great expectations! Ordered a pot pie! What happened? I thought it was a white meat pie. Nice whit chunks with those 12 herbs and spices. Yum. But throw in dark chunks. And boom the herb and spice taste disappears. I’m from the south. Ate the colonels chicken for decades

Alice was curt and expressionless as I placed my order. As I was prepared to swipe my payment card she grabbed it from me. She tried to insert it and I informed her there was no chip. She then swiped it, upside down. I took the card back and swiped it correctly. Her comment, well I don’t know why you handed it to me. Well, I didn’t. I had placed an order for an 8 piece dinner. Upon receiving my order with sides, I asked for utensils. She came over and, instead of placing them in my outstretched hand, she threw them at me and informed me that they don’t give out utensils with a $20 fill-up. Well, that’s not what I ordered. I ordered and received an 8 piece dinner, which she put together herself. Side note: I’ve always received utensils with a $5 fill-up. Hmmm…

The one complaint, they rarely allow for increased buisness flow in the weekend. They were out of extra crispy and couldn’t even fill a family sized order with a combined chicken order. We paid in advance, to insure actually securing our order. And waited 25 minutes. It was not a deal breaker, because we had the time. Most days, it would have been. The food was definitely fresh! Biscuits are so good and so is the coleslaw. It’s hard to beat KFC for a nice side slaw. I feel, if they cannot complete a large order, there should be a discount offered or an added side. That would have secured a 5 star rating from me.
