lol I feel like I just got pranked or something… I asked for extra pickle and light sauce. The fact it looks like there was originally more pickle on it too is what makes me wonder. The staff here legit need to learn to read better

This place force you to buy original recipe only. Previously I waited 45 mints for extra crispy chicken bucket & today employee Jeremy clearly said that there is no extra crispy chicken bucke available as they only sell original recipe. I insisted and told him that I did buy extra crispy in the past and asked him to check with manager. I finally did get extra crispy bucket but it I could clearly taste bitter. It was either cooked in old oil or they refried the old fried chicken for me.
Not going to this place ever and strongly don’t recommend it to anyone.

Went through the drive through for this order. It was about 930pm. I ordered a 16 peice chicken tender meal..the food came to me hot but there were some inconsistencies with the cook of the tenders. I was helped by a very kind gentleman at the window who explained to me there would be a bit of a wait. I waited for about 15 minutes for my whole order to be completed. Upon inspection of the receipt, the man at the window had written down exactly what type/color car i was driving and if I was a male or female for his coworker to easily identify me when he brought me my food. Overall happy. Could be better at communicating how long of a wait, and quality check food prior to sending out. I payed 75 dollars for this meal (not worth the price in my opinion) so I would hope that the food comes out perfectly every time. As far as low atmosphere rate. It was very obviously posted in a giant sign in the lobby (that I could see from my car from outside of the establishment) that you needed to use the kiosk to place an order… im sorry, but there were 3 people at minimum in that building at the time of my visit. Why are you forcing customers to use a self serve kiosk? Do you not pay your employees to take orders outside of drive through?
Update- returned to this location and could not get help from staff in the lobby- they seemed very rushed and irritated at the fact that customers were in the lobby. Their women’s room is absolutely disgusting also! I was fearful to even sit down to use it! Kfc… do better!

We were the only ones in line, and they missed half of our order. When we went back to tell them, they had an attitude and tried to argue that they had everything when they clearly didn’t. They finally gave us more of the order but were still missing things, so we had to go back *again* to get everything. This KFC is notoriously bad about including everything in the bag, I’m glad we checked before driving home. I was hoping it got better since the last time I came here a year ago, but nope. Arguably worse.

The kiosks take forever to order from. While I was waiting for my food I watched a person give up on ordering from the kiosk and leave. Atmosphere felt like I was in a restricted area and not welcome there. There were plenty of people working there. One of them should be on the register.

The portion size of the Mac and Cheese bowl was nothing like advertised. The front counter worker attempted to fill the bowl to look like the advertisement, but the manager rudely corrected her to “correctly” make the bowl half as full. I spoke to the manager who “appreciated” the feedback, but did nothing to improve my order.
Incidentally, they water down the potatoes. How cheap is that?

Bought a whole bucket & had to throw away the whole thing. Never again.

Chicken pot pie had a great crust and was better than expected. Nice store. Brought food to table. Pie needed a little salt. Overall quite good.

I’ve been waiting on my order for 20 minutes sitting in the store. I had to leave the drive thru line after it was taking them so long. I literally ordered 1 Mac and cheese and 3 drum sticks. That’s the majority of what you sell how do you not have any of it ready for +25 minutes. I’m still waiting as I’m writing this it’s ridiculous.
