Not bad for a place in the slums by the highway. Food was good, staff speak zero English. If you want your order done right google translate that ish. Otherwise clean store, good food, recommend it.

I like the fried chicken of KFC, but this restaurant is not good. When I ordered digitally and picked up in person, the employee failed to recognize my name and made me waiting several minutes to get my food. The online promotion is very misleading. I feel like I got tricked into paying more. The customer service is not helping either.

FYI this location on 128th charges almost double the menu prices of the Evergreen Way location if you are buying chicken. Used to work at KFC, they each can set their own prices and opt out of promotions. Unless your time is worth >$1 a minute, definitely worth the drive to Evergreen Way.

I loved the food in this store that I purchased today. Tasty and fresh. Great costumer service. The lobby looked very clean as well as the parking lot. Will bring my friends next time to have lunch. Maybe a Chicken sandwich. I loved it.

Had the papa burger @ A&W and it was nothing like Canada’s (where it originated),it was pretty gross. From the bun to the burger, to the actual ingredients on the burger, it’s nothing like the original in Canada. If y’all go to Canada, try A&W up here, it’s amazing!
