It’s awful, the worst I’ve ever eaten, I’ve never eaten two potatoes in my life. I mean, it can’t be that bad. I’ve never seen a chicken before. They’ve changed the marinade on top. It’s different. I’ve never seen one. They’ve come up with a different recipe based on their own whims. It’s completely irrelevant to the original recipe. I’m really sorry for the money I paid. I wish I hadn’t paid at all. You don’t even deserve this money. I will never come here again and I strongly advise those who do not come here. The Zero they gave me was not a Pepsi.

I ordered through the app. I confirmed with the person working that I was taking the correct to go order. I got back and found that nothing was correct. I ordered a 10 piece original and got crispy. My sides were supposed to be Mac and Cheese and Fries. I got coleslaw and biscuits. I got butter and honey sauce instead of kfc sauce.

Be aware that they will add a donation charge on, not tell you and not give you the coupon book! They never give you a receipt, I had to ask for it and then see the charge and had to go in and contest it to get my money back.. its not even about the money, its about them being dishonest and its not a good look.
Too add to it.. When I got home and pulled the food out to eat, it was all over cooked, old and went straight into the trash can. Will never go back to KFC again.

The cashier offered us a good deal for 4 persons. Looks it was some hidden offers! He should be more friendly though. Fries was salty and tasty. Chickens was crunchy but a little bit overcooked. Totally we were happy with our food.
There was a lot of seats and a drive thru as well as a free parking lot.

I ordered two of the $7 fill ups, and I go up to the window to go pay. I gave the gentleman my card, and then he gives me the sodas and the receipt, and I didn’t think anything of it but I was like wait he did not give me my card back. So I looked in my purse and everything I could not find it so I went and parked because there was people behind us. Then I look in my purse just to make sure and sure enough he did not give me my card. I went inside and my card was on the floor in the Drive-Thru so while he is walking around he is walking on my debit card. I told him sorry you did not give me my card back, then he says yes I did I go no you did not. He was looking around and he goes oh shoot the wind must of blew it. There is no wind people. Not sure what he was trying to do with my card. That really ticked me off. It does not end there we get home to go eat and the chicken pieces were tiny they were like a half of a piece is that what the $7 fill up is supposed to look like? If I’m going to pay money at somewhere, I want to be able to get the food that I paid for and that was like a kid’s meal. they were not busy so I’m really ticked off the type of service that I got from this one. I even used to work at this one years ago and we never made our chicken strips like that.

Why does my chicken look like it’s been out since the first batch of chicken was made this morning! fries were more than stale, basically stiff, and the chicken… jeez, that stuff was dryer then hell, almost had Cotten mouth while eating☠️… I mean I get it I ordered at night but still, nightly orders should still be the same quality as anytime in the day. My whole meal was inedible expect for the biscuits, mash potatoes, and coleslaw… kinda… all I can say was at least the lady that took my order was nice
