I walked up to the counter to order but no one came to take my order. There was a new employee sitting in the lobby and a family of 4 at another table. So I was the only person that needed service. I counted 5 different employees walking around and got eye contact with 3 of them because they said I’ll be right with you. After 10 minutes I was walking out the door when a girl shouted I can take your order now. The ONLY reason I turned around a ordered was I didn’t have time to drive to another location. We waited in line for 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged we were there. They were so busy with only 2 employees in back. They never smiled at all and the lady who came from the back to change out registers never said a word to anyone in line. The tables weren’t even clean. The food was good, but the customer service was one of the worst I’ve seen. We waited 5 minutes for anyone to give us the bathroom code when we were done as well.

I work near this location and sometimes frequent it for my lunch breaks from work. Over the course of the last few months I’ve witnessed gross mistreatment of customers. And now today while I have typically received okay service as I use the app. I ordered I person and paid cash. When my order was ready I let them know the wrong item was in my order even after the cashier had me repeat myself of what item I requested at checkout. Only to have what I am guessing is the shift lead in front of me tell her staff member is as wrong and was given such an attitude and quite frankly left such a distaste in my mouth I likely will not return now. I’m not supporting people that clearly are unhappy in their job and don’t enjoy customer service industry.

As a doordash driver I’d just deny anything coming from this specific KFC location. They will make you wait for over 40 mins. The most horrible experience as a driver I have had! I would just avoid this location all together until they get better service.

First, I did drive up and asked for the $10 4 piece special, they told me it was online only. I tried to order online but couldn’t make changes. I sat there at the window, finally the manager came and said that was a special offer everyday. I said I wanted to make a few changes

Service is horrible at best. I stood at the counter without acknowledgement for a good 3 minutes. In that time I watched 2 cars pull up to the drive thru window and pull away. When finally acknowledged it was to be told they will be right with me. There was 2 people working the drive thru, 3 on the line. I walked away after waiting 5 minutes to order food. The last time I came here it was almost the same. I won’t be back.

Ordered online. App said it takes 20-30 minutes. When I arrived to pick up my food cause the app said it was ready for pick up I was waiting an extra 30 minutes or more for my food. They weren’t even busy. Honestly disappointed in this location

Fries were a tad on the old side and they didn’t have enough to fill my 3 orders. I was ok my lunch so I didn’t have e time to wait for fresh fries and the fried pickles I tried to order. But the staff was really nice and promptly took care of my order
