The worst KFC order of my life.
I ordered 6 chicken wings. What I got in the box were 6 regular bread rolls. Just bread.
Not bad wings. Not small pieces. There was no chicken at all.
This isn’t just a cooking mistake — this is a complete failure in order assembly and quality control. It feels like the order wasn’t even checked before being handed out.
The fries were burnt, dry, and dark, with a taste of old oil. It was impossible to eat.
I paid for chicken and proper food, but received:
— bread rolls instead of wings
— burnt fries
— a completely ruined meal
I consider this a serious violation of service and quality standards. I have already filed an official complaint and will be pursuing this matter through the appropriate authorities. This cannot simply be ignored — customers should not receive something completely different from what they paid for.
Maximum disappointment. I will not be coming back.

Honest Thoughts
Came here to try it since the other KFC closed and it wasn’t bad. I got an 8 piece chicken and Mac cheese and slaw for $38. The chicken was good. The Mac n Cheese is alright and the Cole slaw was meh. All in all would come back? Eh probably not, but it wasn’t terrible

I haven’t been to a KFC in years and neither has my boyfriend. We ended up checking it out a few days ago, around 8pm, maybe a little later but no later than 9pm. When we pulled up, we didn’t know exactly what to order so we asked the worker to give us a second, there was no one behind us for this whole interaction. While we were thinking, the worker was rude and kept asking if we knew what we wanted and we were feeling rushed. I settled on getting chicken strip meal with Mac and cheese and fries as the sides. When we got to the window, my boyfriend wasn’t sure what sauces to get and asked for a second to decide, and again the worker seemed annoyed and was trying to rush us again. We were tired, but after that we got our food and left. Once we were home, we realized my food was messed up and I was given the incorrect chicken, given thighs and legs rather than strips. The bones make me queasy, so I couldn’t eat more than two bites of the meat, not to mention each piece was no bigger than the size of my palm and at least 40% bone. Both of the sides were good at least, as well as the biscuit.

Manager treats you like your wrong from the start completely unengaged in their work. Why ask something then do the opposite then double back like rush hour was the problem. When you can’t get your facts straight maybe your the problem will never go here again food was garbage I wouldn’t feed it to my dogs. I guess rush hour is to blame for that too.

First I did drive up, asked about the Korean BBQ bowl and to begin with the girl acted like she didn’t know what I was talking about then informed me those were only available if I used the ap. What??? Oh you have them but for some odd reason only ap users can get them. BS
So I opted for the plain Famous bowl.
I then ordered a Mikes Hot Honey chicken sandwich combo with the side being coleslaw and ordered an extra side of mac/cheese.
Next I ordered a original chicken sandwich combo with the side being coleslaw.
Thirty miles later I get home to find i have no extra side of mac/cheese nor did I have a side of coleslaw with one sandwich.
The Mikes Hot Honey chicken sandwich was a original chicken sandwich but they threw in some butter sauce packets and regular honey.
So I spent 52.19
But was missing 9.23 in extras ( 2 sides at 3..99 each and 1.25 for the Mikes Hot Hiney)
Will I go back? NO!!
Tried to call and the number listed wanted code to access.
The cashier was not was not friendly at all and this was before I got home and discovered the mess I disappointed my family with. Leaves me wondering if its because of their inefficiency they just don’t answer the phone.
I also filed a corporate complaint!!

I wouldn’t rate it but I called in after I hit the drive thru, got me a 4 piece tender and a bowl, came home to Winston and I felt like I was eating freaking jerky!!!! So I called in and talked to some young girl, this is not fresh. She said oh we dropped those about an hr ago? No thanks. This has been under them heated lamps for at least 7/8 hrs at best!!! Highly do not recommend this place as she tried to justify this!!! Well absolutely not be going back!!! Straight disgusting!!!

Absolutely the worst chicken in the world. The skin slides off because of the grease that is so thick underneath it. You’ll need a couple dozen napkins just for the chicken. The other food it was satisfactory. They’re much better. Chicken fast food in Roseburg then KFC. Also, they are way overpriced for their product. It’s as if KFC has lost its way.

I have the KFC app and we had spent the whole day in the ER I were tired and exhausted and I had the app and Mom had paper coupons so I called before we got there to see which would be a better deal they said paper. It actually was more with the paper and instead of honoring the online price I was given which for four original chicken bowls was around $21.96. So, I explained the situation and wanted to know why I was told the paper would be cheaper because it was a lot more that I was quoted from the online app basically the kids that were running the show so to speak had no idea what they were doing and didn’t honor the online price I had just received on the telephone. That, combined with insulation or something was off but the food was gross and I won’t be going back so make sure to get it in writing before you go there because there was a significant difference; and instead of honoring it they just threw the heads up and said they didn’t know how to fix it. It really shouldn’t be rocket science. Just my honest experience and to watch out for that.
