Went to the dine in on Easter Sunday on our way back home and had the best kfc food we’ve ever had! We were greeted right away by friendly staff, and our food was delivered and correctly made, as well as fresh. It was a pleasant fast food experience! (And no, the food wasn’t partially eaten when it arrived)

It used to be $20 for an 8 piece family meal with full sides. Now its $20 for a 6 piece with baby sides. There were 4 people working in the store, but had no pot pies and only one guy manning the line. Feel like there is room for improvement. It would be nice to see the app actually save you money, not just give you a “taste” meaning less food.

Honestly, I’m starting to think KFC might be a franchise on its last leg. The food just hasn’t been hitting the spot lately, and it’s a real bummer. I’ve had some pretty disappointing experiences with the service too, which really adds to the frustration. It feels like a total waste of time and money when you’re craving that fried chicken fix. I mean, remember when it used to be so good? It’s sad to see it decline. Maybe it’s time to explore other options for my cravings. ♀️ I’m not sure I’ll be rushing back anytime soon. I had a bad experience today with my sauced tenders. I had to ask and clarify six times at the drive-through that I wanted BBQ sauce on them, but when I came home, they were hot honey and had hardly any sauce on them. I don’t normally have any problems here, but today was bad. I’m not sure how I’m going to continue to trust this location.

Yes, we were hungry and it was late and this KFC turned out getting compliments from both my husband and I as we enjoyed two different two pieces boxes. Mine came with waffles it was the 1 waffle combo with 2 pieces. I got crispy drumsticks and was not disappointed, I added the sm cherry poppers and that gave us each 2 sweet bites, perfect size for 2.49 not bad at all. In fact this was the cheapest meal we’ve had in days on the road. And we both agree it is the best too. Can’t beat that and even though there are so many places around here. We may just go back there tomorrow. I want to try the deep fried mash potatoes next time instead of the cherry poppers which were delicious… As with most great food, I forgot to take a photo. And just devoured it…

Disappointed that I was refused an option to substitute something over the fries. Kind of wrong to force people to eat fries if a person is willing to pay a minor upgrade fee. Since I have forced to take the fries, they were nasty!! How do you make fries taste dry like cardboard? We tried the new potato wedge/ball things. They are so odd, zero flavor, really crispy on the outside but very mushy on the inside. I get these are supposed to be mash potatoes, yet the inside was just gross over made potatoes. The extreme crunch and the near runny goo inside is not a good combo. The chicken strips were extremely dry, so dry you needed water with each bite. I assume these were overcooked or tossed back in the fryer after sitting out a while.
In all, this was a very disappointing dining experience, the young person taking the order was polite and friendly, but the above lacking food quality or allowed to make a substitution makes KFC a disappointment.
