Just left the drive thru on 2/26 at 5:03 pm. Not sure who was working the drive through as he had no name tag on butnhe was very rude and condescending. The lack of counter service seems to lend itself to a lack of customer service skills. Will not be back again.

Pretty disappointed with our order tonight. This isn’t the first time this establishment has messed up my order either.
Not only did we have to wait a while at the window but when I got home I realized both our orders were shoved into one small box. I ordered a 4 piece original crispy meal so it came with one side already and a drink. I also ordered two other individual sides for my daughter and 2 additional biscuits. Everything was literally crammed into small one box. One of the biscuits was crumbled apart because it was so smashed. Then I get home and start unpacking our food and noticed we got a 3 piece chicken tenders meal and the Mac and cheese was a tiny portion and it was old and cold. Both mash potatoes had very little gravy but they were warm at least. Just disappointed. Paid way too much for the wrong order, missing chicken, cold tiny portions and crumbled biscuits. Honestly done going here…. Do better!

I saw the commercial for their pot pies! May very first chance to stop and get one and they was out. Tried for a 2 pc box, nope, all they had was wings. So i ordered 4 of those. Now I know a little bit about chicken. One a wing you get a paddle, a drummette, and the tip that always has feathers stuck in them and no one eats that part. So for the 4 wings I got 1 paddle and 3 drummers. I am livid!! I have a list of restaurants I don’t eat at and they just made my list! Good luck to parallel who might try this place!

This place cannot ever get orders right or anything. I went and got one of their single meal, and I get home, and it was supposed to come with mashed potatoes and gravy. Well, let’s just say I got a lot of gravy, no mashed potatoes whatsoever. It’s always something they’re leaving out either the biscuit or they got the wrong piece of meat.Something is always wrong with the order.. It’s not about the missing food item. It’s about their service also. Tried to call them over ten times last night and they still had their phone off the hook, which always seems to be the things on evening shift… Called this morning to the store. Talk to the assistant manager and explain to him. What was missing? And this wasn’t the first time this has happened, and I said, maybe the employees on the evening shift need to be retrained. He said he did not do that shift, and he could come in, But said he’s not a babysitter…. They are an establishment that sits along the main strip of highway, 26. the gateway to mount hood… Sandy Oregon, that it sits on the main highway that goes to Eastern Oregon and to Portland.. They’re sitting on a gold mine of endless potential customers, but with their quality of service, they’re going to lose customers. Corporate needs to look at this store. For it has many complaints about the same thing. I’m complaining about.
