I just got done eating a Double Down for lunch and this location is awesome! The staff is super friendly, quick service, and great tasting food. And a very clean restaurant too. My girlfriend is really enjoying her lunch and we’re glad that we came here and definitely recommend it for anybody else who’s hungry!

Their lemonade shakes are the best. That’s if the person knows the difference between the lemonade stuff VS apple pie stuff. Apple pie shoes are awful. I was given this when I ordered lemonade shake. The supervisor made it right when I called ,& complained. Melissa took care of us afterwards. Thxs Melissa. However, we got a 3 piece meal & it was awful. There was 2 legs 1 thigh. The legs must of came from a baby chick. It was soooo small & no meat. It was a shame. I told a associate & he didn’t care. No one made it up to us. $22 & change, NEVER AGAIN. CHECK your meals before you leave ppl.

Quick to order but got no straw, utensils, and only 3 pieces of chicken with my 4 pc combo (keep in mind almost $15 bucks). Staff here could really benefit by spending 5 more seconds on orders to make sure they’re right. Won’t be coming back to this location.

I went though the drive thru and they messed up my order. I didn’t notice until I got home, and then I drove back to the store. Instead of refunding the cost, they made me purchase my food again, costing an additional $15 dollars. If you go through the drive-thru, don’t leave until you check everything.

The drive through was super busy. Went inside to be told they only had original chicken which was fine until I was told I’d have to wait 45 minutes for dark meat. Not a good thing at all. Well I went back again and all the sides were great. Actually my whole meal would have been great had my chicken been fully cooked

I usually love a&w and kfc. Would have liked it on this visit as well but when I went inside, I received no service. it was hot and I have been pressure washing all day so I wanted to go inside and eat. Stood at the counter for 10 minutes until the lady working drive thru came to the counter. She tore some receipts off a printer, looked at me and without a word turned away and went back to the drive thru. Hungry and now angry, I have to wait until I get off work to eat. Might want to staff enough people to run the restaurant or close the dining room so I don’t waist the only time I have to eat standing around. Doubt I’ll be back. At this location definitely not.
