Staff is rude and have no sense of urgency. I ordered an 8 piece family meal mixed, which means I get white and dark meat. When the lady handed me my food I specifically asked if there were wings and breasts in my box and she said yes. After driving off and checking my order, there were only legs and thighs! Had to park, go inside, and wait 15 mins for them to cook my order correctly. Getting white meat from this place is like pulling teeth. They charge extra and when it comes with your meal, they still don’t like giving it to you.

Weekend deal is good. Otherwise the meals are okay in price and the pieces of chicken are getting smaller. No regular style fried.wings just the hot version so that eas a bummer. Staff varies. Went through the drive thru to order for my family and there was one car in the parking lot come to find out that one car was for the unprofessional emanated terry…when trying to place my order the person kept cutting me off not allowing me to even get a half sentence out..which I did ask nicely if she could please stop interrupting me when I’m trying to order…then when I asked her a question to verify the pricing no response from her just silence so because there was no one behind me (of course) I went inside and waited while I watched an employee who kept walking and he saw me because he looked straight at me making contact but then still no acknowledgment then finally a older woman who turned out to be the manager and I asked are you the one who was at the window because she had the headset on and she said yes I proceeded to say why did she keep cutting me off In the middle of my sentences she then responded with she’s the only one there and in my head I’m wondering why she said that when I was looking at the other employee. Next I asked I’m sorry is it my fault your the only one here then rolled her eyes and walked away from me and said that her name was Terry…I guess that’s why it’s a Saturday night and not another customer in sight because it’s the customers fault for being treated so rudely because you lack the staff then you should close or not present your issues onto a paying customer and I did nothing wrong but asking politely not to cut me off in the middle of my sentences as it is quite rude but I didn’t yell, scream, call her names or nothing but yet I still was treated like I was scum…and to put it out there I was going to spend over $100 because the main family combo I was looking at was already $76

I found a nail clipping or bitten off nail with blue polish in my mac and cheese that I brought home. I asked the manager if they had an employee with blue nails she said “let me check” and instantly responded nope. She said she’ll get me a new one if I go back and none of her employees had that.

The food is good, when they have what you wanted. A lot of times they run out of certain selections or variaties, they asked if I wanted to wait 20 minutes for biscuits. The lot is so small that it fills up with dining room guests and drive thru cars, all that buildup causes traffic to STOP both ways because people are trying to get that chicken, which sometimes isn’t even available.
