This place, OMG, was the worst fast food restaurant by far. You’ve won the title. Congrats! Consumers should be aware. It’s been years since I visited KFC but I saw this ad about “$10 Tuesday” deal for 8pcs chicken so I decided to give it a try. It was an online only offer so I downloaded the app and order it online. On the app, it said my order should be ready in 5 to 15 mins. When I drive to the KFC, there were 5 people ahead of me in the line and I was waiting in the line. The app said my order should be ready at the quick pickup counter but there was no such a thing there. So I had to just wait and wait…for another 30 mins! When I finally told them I just needed to pick up my online order, then just started to prepare my order, which took about another 10 mins. It was unbelievable to see them as if they had no concept of processing online orders. Tonight’s lessons learned was “Don’t come back to this place ever!” especially when there are better options (Popeyes or Jollibee or Raising Cane’s) available. Ok, that was on their service. What about the quality of chicken? I became super hungry after the long wait, but despite that, the chicken was not tasty at all. The batter had no flavor and heavy, and the amazing staff even forgot to throw in any sauce. It was quite an experience!

Went to the drive thru to pick up lunch, ordered a 8pc meal, I had 3pcs of what looked like wings, 2 pcs of half eaten drums, and 3 decent size thighs, I also got a 1/4 cup of gravy for the mash potatoes ( I poured it into a measuring cup) the coleslaw, mash potatoes and biscuits were ok, there is just one word to describe this chicken and gravy portion experience. UNREAL!!!!!!

Terrible place…. Only drive thru is open, No open diner @1130am but states open at 10am. No workers except in Drive thru but larger vehicles cannot get around turn. Dont waste your time, The food probably sucks as with all other reviews states. Kernel sanders left this world, Its time thus company leave also! #Popeyes it is!

Stopped by on National Fried Chicken day to see what kind of specials were offered but the drive through worker had no idea what I was talking about. Ordered the pickle chicken sandwich combo and a box meal and both were fresh, crispy with soft buns and the potato wedges were thick and crispy! Drive through service was fast and friendly.

Typical KFC: good, hot food, friendly workers, solid service. Hours are 1030am to 1000pm, dining room closes at 9pm. Has a space for deliveries and pickups by the counter. Will be back.

46 dollars for a bucket of chicken…13 drumsticks, no wings or breasts….we called and were told we have to ask for white pieces….. Never had to ask at any other KFC….. guess mainlanders get special treatment…. bought chicken pot pie for my one year old daughter and grandma today 12/8/2024 but unfortunately while my grandma was feeding my daughter she found one bone in a chicken pot pie, unbelievable! very dangerous and scary. i thought it was suppose to be shredded chicken, now not sure if i would be buying it again.
