Ordered online … That’s a joke! Never again. 25 mins for a pick up when I am sitting right here looking at zero. People in your lobby and a empty drive through… You staff was rude to me as they assumed I was a door dasher. I’m not! I WAS a paying customer. This is a location full of losers.

Not good, did not even get to order, they were 30 minutes out making orders that were already waiting 20 minutes. Don’t need the chicken that bad. Went to Safeway and fried my own. Hell, grew the potatoes faster than they could make the instant there.

Showed up at 9:48pm and the doors were locked and no ine was at the counter. Everyone was cleaning. Keep in mind they are supposed to close at 10pm. A worker walked out, I said “You need to change your sign it says you close at 10” he replied “they are open”…. OK I guess they were open with locked doors so no one could get in?

We had the $20 fill up box which is a good idea. However, I have nothing good to say about the food.. The pieces of chicken were dry (probably left over from the previous day), the biscuits were dry and cold, the chicken nuggets and French fries were ok.

I came in for the Second time got the 16 piece meal. Got home had no gravy with my Maahed potatoes and no Biscuits. The guy at front counter had to drawer after he had rang me up. He asked for help no response. He proceeded to drive thru to get change from 100.00. (Which I had to tell him the amount). But 60 something dollars later get home and it’s not all there.

I enjoyed this KFC tremendously as I work closely in that area and usually would go there for lunch once a week. This now will change. Today 7/14/2023 I ordered at 9:24pm pacific time to be exact. And yes, I am the Asian guy who ordered thru the window. My order was a 10 piece mix meal with 2 large mash potatoes w/gravy, 1 large sweet corn and 5 biscuits and a BKT Lemonade, and one of my kids wanted 12 piece nuggets combo meal w/fries and a biscuit. The whole total including the $.69 donation for KFC Foundation was exact $50. There were a very large dine in ordered by the CA Cal Fire and many others were continuing ordering through the drive thru as normal. Before the bad experience, the window cashier told me it will be maybe a two minutes wait because of the mash potatoes and for me to proceed to park in front of the restaurant, which I kindly did. My wife, kids, and I waited at the front to about 9:45pm and we figured they must have forgot about us; which they clearly did because I went in and spoke to the front cashier with my receipt. Did not cause a scene and continue to wait patiently. With all the orders going in and out including the drive through, I didn’t get my order until 10:10pm and not only that, they are now closed and my order were completely HORRENDOUSLY WRONG. Here is the good part; my order I now receive are, 10 soggy mix chickens, 2 large mash potatoes w/gravy, 1 small corn, 1 large Mac&Cheese, looks like it’s old so we threw it away after, and now 3 small cakes. No fries, no biscuits, 10 piece chicken was all soggy and the chicken nuggets was mostly crumbs with 3 piece chicken tenders in the box. No apology was giving to me as I patiently wait by the counter, and my wife and kids waited in the car. I decided to just take the order with me and figured my kids are now hungry after a long day of swimming because it was 112 degrees during the day. I took a few bites of the mash potatoes. My kids and wife ate few pieces of the chickens and we ended up throwing the rest away figuring it was probably OLD FOOD. I will forever BOYCOTT this KFC location COMPLETELY although it is the only one in town. $50 won’t break me. Will now continue to serve other better food chains and restaurants. Lesson learned not to order anything 30 minutes to an hour before closing. Order in advance if you can because you’ll likely get left overs. Overall, AWFUL SERVICE at this location & IF YOU CAN, PLEASE BOYCOTT this location. Ticket #3610 on receipt, time ordered was 9:24pm, and total was exact $50. Thanks for reading & may you all be well..:)

The chicken here is VERY good as well as their fries. Some of the best fries I have tried! HOWEVER, their chicken sandwiches suffer and there’s no size option on their fries unless you order them separate as a side (which is expensive!). Last night, their spicy chicken sandwich I had was very poor quality. The bun was so greasy it was shiny. It was just a basic, seedless, cheap bun like a happy meal bun from McDonalds. They put such a tiny amount of sauce on it that it wasn’t even noticeable. All it is is the low-quality bun, breaded chicken breast, a tiny dab of sauce, and a couple pickles. It is horrible in comparison to sandwiches of competitors (Jack In The Box’s Spicy Chicken Sandwich is superior compared to this)! There is no cheese (you might need to ask), no lettuce, and no tomatoes. Jack’s Spicy Chicken has lettuce, tomato, and plenty of mayo on it. The chicken itself was great and juicy but their sandwiches used to be so amazing that it’s truly sad to watch their decline in quality. It was as bad as McDonald’s… on McDonald’s BAD days. 2 stars is actually generous bit worth it because their chicken itself is still great.

I’m a doordasher and everytime I’ve been there the employees are friendly and except for one instance when they were slammed and short staffed, every other time I’ve gone there to pick up an order for a customer they are not very busy over staffed and yet still take at least 30 minutes to get the food out. I worked kfc/a&w for 8 years, 3 of those in management plus another 3 years at burger King in management. I just don’t understand how they have so many people working that some are standing around and yet the food still takes so long to get out. Other then that the store is always clean and employees are friendly.
