We had a large order for our church, and they were so great and easy to work with. Veronica, the assistant manager was so kind and helpful. Valentine, the store manager was also very accommodating and kind. Their patience and kindness reflected through the other employees as well. I would definitely go to them again for another large order. The sandwiches were very good (someone even said it’s better than the other popular chicken restaurant that asks people to eat more beef).

DONT LET THESE FAKE 5 STAR REVIEWS FOOL YOU. I went here about a month ago and had a horrible experience. I decided to give it one more shot last week and had an even worse experience. One staff male was in the back yelling at the other one. Tables and seats were insanely dirty/greasy. And the loud rap rock music made me uncomfortable… Now the food. All my tenders were burnt. Bearly any mass potatoes no sauce packets. Only thing I enjoyed was literally the Biscuit. So 14 for a biscuit is about the worst it gets. DONT GO HERE

Chicken is always wonderful but the customer service that left a lot to be desired, I came through the drive-thru I was in a fabulous mood having a beautiful day and the young man wanted to be rude I was treating him kindly and at one point I said oh thanks love you know and I think it’s one of he was handing me back my card I was just being friendly not interested I’m 60 years old by the way I was just in a wonderful mood.. he was a Caucasian male early twenties possibly mid very rude I should have known better to go to this location to be very honest!!

This company refuses to cash out gift cards when they are under $10 despite California state law and their own company website stating that is policy. When shown their own policy and the state law, and ask for their names to make complaint they refused to do so. I would not recommend anybody go to this business

If I could do zero stars I would! Just left here and gross doesn’t describe the food. It was awful, the chicken had a rancid after taste. All our food was cold after we waited 23 minutes for our order that they made us do ourselves on the ciosk. The didn’t greet anyone and never came to the front to take any orders. Horrible food and service

The food is good. The prices sre outrageous. The app prices are not same as in store. In store ypu can still get a 14 piece bucket for 24 bucks which is great. App is like 60 bucks. Overall great place to eat on a budget if you know what you are doing. Only issue is bathroom is locked and one needs permission to use it. Like a hall pass back in elementary school.

Went through the drive thru for two spicy chicken sandwich meals, one without pickles. They made us park because the fries weren’t ready. But when we got our food, the fries weren’t hot/fresh and the chicken sandwiches were completely plain/not spicy no toppings at all.

Food was subpar. Biscuits were too hard and doughy at the same time. The chicken nuggets are basically popcorn chicken, not chicken nuggets. Hubby asked for mashed potatoes and got mashed potatoes and gravy. Which not a huge deal, but not what we asked for. Lady had attitude about fixing the mistakes. Also didn’t get any butter and honey with our biscuits which we did specifically ask for and then when we went back for 4 biscuits they gave us 2 butters and 3 honey. Way too expensive to be getting this kind of crap quality and service. Way better off going to the winco deli. 0/10 do not recommend, will not ever be returning.
