I stopped by the new KFC location with my family, consisting of my wife, parents, and three children, during lunch hour and was impressed with the service. The staff were efficient, friendly, and attentive. They brought the food out to our table and ensured that we had everything we needed. The employees were very courteous, making sure we felt at home. Our food was served hot and fresh, and the overall experience was excellent. Although the lobby area could be a bit larger, the service and food quality made up for the minor inconvenience.

This is an amazing establishment, I love the service that is provided at this location as the times I’ve experienced, this is an lovely place to take your family, friends, or even peers and be able to taste and enjoy fresh quality chicken including their menu that showcases the franchise KFC, itself. I’ve also love the dedication and hard work the people I see who are present at this store to provide good customer service and make others happy and feel most important. My visit during the lunch rush revealed a staff coping admirably under pressure, despite encountering several discourteous . When my turn, I could sense their overwhelm but deliberately kept the interaction smooth. Let’s not forget, patrons do not have the prerogative to mistreat service staff simply because they’re serving them. The lobby is small but its very clean. The first kfc restaurant ive been to with clean restroom and also i cannot tell you how pleasant i am with the staff working there. I come mostly during lunch hours and the employees there are always so fast and nice. Bizarro world guy sitting by the soda machine hey can you help me out with a pot pie, I tell him hell no I just spent $50 on two people so I guess he looking like he really needs one he’s got grass in his hair still and you know just all in all need one. so when I get my food I offer my chicken breast not a leg or a wing but a breast he says “oh no I wanted a pot pie…….” I guess your mama never told you beggars can’t be choosers… Oh I might add there’s an armed guard right right standing right next to him doing his paperwork instead of his job.
