I do not like to leave bad reviews and I do not like to complain. I realize people make mistakes, have bad days, or might be picking up someone else’s shift. But 3 times in a row that I came to this location they have forgotten to give me items. 2 fries. Large Mac & cheese & a chicken sandwich. Each time I have gone I have spent over $50. This last time I went the Mac and cheese was hard. The chicken strips were ripped up chicken into strips it look liked someone’s left overs. I would like to add that the person who took my order and gave me my order was professional and very nice.

What to expect usually with teens. They said holler Hey when ready to order. Seems each Hey got louder and louder to get their attention! Both times going back for condiments then salt had to yell. By price and service, don’t recommend.

Safeway’s fried chicken (Cameron park) is 10 times better!!
I went around 515pm and they were short on dark meat. Seems odd especially when it’s peak dinner hour I could see them short on a few things around close to closing but at dinner time?
The chicken was supposed to be extra crispy more like old and soggy. I would guess to say the chicken I was given probably was in the warmer for a good hour or two.
I hadn’t been to this KFC location in over three years and decided to take a chance. I was disappointed and this will be the last time I go there!!!

KFC is KFC. Food is as you expect and can’t complain about it. What is to be complained about is this locations consistency to mess up orders. Every time I order from this location, something is wrong with the order. From incorrect orders to missing items and everything in between, it is apparent that something is needing change at this location. Whether that is a management, administrative, system, or team needing change, I can’t say, but this location could use an overhaul.

Food was terrible, sanwich had stale bread, the chiken was very dry and the whole sandwich very dry. The 3 piece combe very tough meet, thighs and leg seemed really old outdated. Very dry biscuit, no butter offered, not even the utensils were offered, had to go back and ask. Now you tell me if that is quality service when you ate handed mashed potatoes and gravy , but have to go back and ask for the utenisils? Good cutomer service would be not having to askask, so yes just another place with entitled lazy teenagers that have not been raised with any kind of work ethic to be proud of. Shame on the parents and shame on the manager of the facility to let it be run this way. Explains why it was empty, and explains the other reviews. Here, clean up our table, maybe you will figure out some humility and not everything is skating along with no effort. Dont waste you time or money!

This location did me a solid today. I messed up when ordering, but realized it shortly after I left with my food. I turned right around and went back, and the staff gave me what I had meant to order, without trouble and without any additional charge. Kudos to them for their kindness & consideration. (Also, it was a good KFC takeout meal. Enough said about that.)

Staff were friendly and aware of problems, and did a nice job trying to mitigate the issues, but without actually solving the underlying problems.
During one short visit, they accidentally deleted an order without making it, made substitutions without asking what an ideal substitution would be for an out of stock item, and missed multiple ingredients when putting together their chicken sandwiches.

This place has dropped the ball almost every time I order. Somehow they burnt the top and bottom bun, black on a chicken sandwich. Shortly after I left the drive thru, I realized the bag was wrinkled to he11, like somebody else was served it, got p!ssed and threw the bag at them. Screw this place.

12 piece chicken tender family meal ordered at drive through. When I got home 5 minutes later, we had 12 pieces of chicken jerky and was shorted the mashed potatoes and gravy. Cameron Park KFC need to step up their game in quality control or they won’t be in business long. Very courteous on the intercom though.
