I ordered a small fry, 8 piece nuggets, and a medium drink. The food was nice and fresh and it came out very fast. I am very pleased with the service as well. Daisy took my order and she let me know about all the new specials and the new menu. Would highly recommend and look forward to returning!!!

This KFC establishment is very nice. They have good service, good food, and I love how friendly the staff are. The chicken sandwiches are fantastic and so is the root beer. I do not just see this as a regular KFC but an amazing restaurant that you can regularly dine at. 10/10 would recommend this place.

Phenomenal service here. Daisy was so helpful in helping me with my order and recommending me the cheaper option of the 8 piece chicken meal deal on Tuesdays. She saved me around $15. Their lobby was very clean, as well as the rest of their staff was very friendly.

It seems like KFC chicken has gone down hill. I don’t eat it often, but the last 2 times I did, I ordered the original and the chicken and the skin was so very dry. I don’t know if they’re trying to make it less greasy or what but they went too far. I feel Like both times at 2 different KFC’s, the chicken was dry. In addition, I ordered a large Mashed potatoes and gravy with the meal and it was 95% potatoes 5% gravy. Who wants a big glob of potatoes with hardly any gravy? I liked it better when they gave you the gravy separately and you’ve got a large container of it. $58 in total for a large meal and that’s outrageous and I won’t be going back. Not when food is this high and taste bad. WHAT happened KFC? Yuk!!

Feedback about KFC menu options – classic drumsticks
Hi KFC Team,
I’d like to share feedback about something that seems to be a recurring issue in many KFC locations. In about four out of five stores we visit, we’re told it’s not possible to buy only classic chicken drumsticks in the quantity we want.
Sometimes we’d like to order 8, 15, or even 20 drumsticks, and we’re told they can only be sold as part of mixed meals with wings or other pieces. Even when we offer to pay the full price for just drumsticks, we’re refused.
We love KFC and really enjoy your classic drumsticks, but it’s frustrating that customers don’t have the option to order just that specific part of the chicken. It would be great if you could make this option available — to let people choose exactly what they want, like ordering drumsticks only.

The service and atmosphere were ok, but the food was extremely disappointing. Not only did it taste terrible, but it also smelled awful. I had to throw most of it away, and I’ve never had such a bad experience with fried chicken before.

Went through drive thru ordered original leg and thigh. Got two burned pieces of chicken hard as a rock and pretty much no meat. You need a magnifying glass to see the meat on the bones. Both pieces were extra small. $12 dollars down the drain. My dogs won’t even eat it. And the biscuit is hard as rock! Stale! Next time I go there (if I decide to try them again) I will ask for my refund! The restrooms need deep cleaning. Smells like urine in there ..almost choked! Surprised no one called the health dept!

My visit here today was a lot better than previous times. The food was delicious and worth the money wish they actually had the “frosty brewed Rootbeer” with real cane sugar but they removed the tap and they have the fountain drink machin.. sad.
Overall the location looked great and staff was very polite, but my only concern was the very pretty lady that that served my order was wearing Black Crocs, Black Leggings, and Black workout style shirt nothing that said “I work for A&w or KFC”. I feel this could be a safety concern and all employees should be following proper dress code.
I wanna thank the working staff for the great service and great food much appreciated and love the change which also raised your star rating.
