Haven’t been to KFC in years, we ordered a 2 piece meal with colesaw, biscuit and drink along with a 3 piece strip meal with mash potatoes, coleslaw, biscuit and a drink. I was surprised for just the two meals was $27 but that seems to be the norm for most fast food places nowadays. ☹️

Got a great deal for dinner, 10 piece legs and thighs with 2 sides and 4 biscuits for $15! Got home and realized we got coleslaw when we ordered mashed potatoes and gravy. Called and they said to come back and they’d fix it which they did. Gave us extra mashed potatoes and biscuits. I showed the manager the coleslaw cause even if we liked coleslaw I would have returned it, got less than half the container filled. Her response was that that was just wrong and that’s why they shouldn’t schedule teenagers for the closing shifts. Manager was super nice. Food was great. The lobby isn’t very nice and it’s unpleasantly warm, probably from the food. I usually go through the drive thru but I had to go inside the lobby to order to go since their register was down. They didn’t have any chicken at the time, it was 8pm and they close at 10pm. I understand they might have gotten rushed but to be completely out was disappointing. I ended up leaving.

This is the worst KFC I’ve ever been to. The drive-through wasn’t working, so I went inside and they were very slow even though there were numerous people standing around I ordered original they gave me extra crispy. I’ve got my order without my receipt, and when I checked, I told him wait this isn’t my whole order and according to their sign if they don’t give you the receipt, they’re supposed to get your mail for free, I asked to speak to the manager he was very rude would not give me his name. This was at 7:11 PM on June 30. I will never go back to this place again.

Ordered through the app. Got home and the chicken was bone dry. Called in and they said I had to bring it back to replace it. I’m a diabetic and don’t buy fast food often.
