I want to apologize to Miguel, the manager, for a phone call I made earlier. I was frustrated and thought a couple of items were missing from my order, but it turns out they had simply fallen out of the bag in my car. I’m sorry for my mistake and for being short with you, that was unfair.
The food was great, everything was there after all. Thank you again, Miguel, for handling things professionally even when I was mistaken. You and your crew deserve credit for great food and service.

This is your typical KFC fast food restaurant. The store is clean and well maintained. Bathrooms are clean too. Staff is polite. Plenty of parking spots. Store has also driving through. I ordered the eighth pieces deep fried chicken. The chicken was great; the sides not so. In my view the meal was good, but a little bit overpriced.

The chicken was great when they first opened, there were lines. Fast forward to today. Empty, My order was “original recipe, it was soggy, skinless, and undercooked, the fries were inedible, being so salty, as well as what could be salvaged of the chicken. Just salt. The mashed potatoes were ” blah”. It was my second time since they opened, and the first time it was really good all around. They weren’t busy today. I can’t understand why the food was too salty to even eat. I got it to go after a long day. If I had tried there, I’d returned the whole thing. Try again. Then ask for my money back. Hopefully, they can lay off the salt. Let it cook, and I would gladly go back as I’ve loved KFC for a long time. The service was great. Very clean bathrooms and eating area. Until then. I only recommend saving your money and getting just their desserts that I haven’t tried. Hopefully, they’re better than the rest of their items.

Love having KFC in Eureka! The line was manageable today after the place being open for a month. Friendly staff helped everyone get their orders and through the line, delicious meals, just what I know from KFC!

KFC has some really good deals on Tuesday. However, I was shorted 1/4 of my eight-piece chicken strip meal ☹️ Other than this unfortunate instance, service is always great. The workers are fast and polite. And who doesn’t like KFC? Also… I’m kind of sad that they put the gravy on the mashed potatoes now, and I can’t have a whole tub of gravy. Don’t judge me.

So far, they kept this place pretty clean, and the staff seems super friendly. The food has considerably gotten better since the first time I ordered there, which was when they opened. The chicken was juicy. My only complaint is the fact that mashed potatoes and gravy are now in One Bowl. If you order mashed potatoes separate from the gravy, it winds up being two sides. It’s not really a restaurants problem more than it is a corporate problem.

They packed my food up and when I got home, everything was sealed up tight except for a gravy. The lid came off on way home and it was a mess.
