I was a bit skeptical to come here because of the reviews that were posted on here, I came in and the place was clean and I wasn’t aware about the tuesday promotion till the girl cashier told me – which saved me a lot of money! I got the meal and a cake which run me over 20 dollars. They were super fast with the order and the food was fresh!
Also, the workers there were very nice, so I don’t know why Michelle was saying that they were rude, and she does have a point that teenagers work here but they got the job done! If she wanted to go to fast food place that had no teenagers running the place, then her options are VERY limited.

In Spring 2024, I visited and stayed at the Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) in San Jose, CA and I enjoyed and wanted the food and drinks. The parking lot was easy and comfortable to park in. It is next to Story Road and next to the Petrol Station. The seats are comfortable in the KFC area.

They just have a bunch of kids working here that are literally fighting each other not to take an order. Two people standing there saying to each other “you take the order, no you do it”. Then finally after we say hello, the girl rolls her eyes and takes the order.
When asked about something on the menu she says “I think that’s only online” when it clearly wasn’t. We order the deal for Tuesdays instead. Still after I point it out, she just says “oh” but no suggest to change our order or anything.
The chicken literally tastes the same at every kfc so we will just go to a different location because clearly customer service here sucks.

This KFC may have been having a bad day, but it was the worst one I have had the misfortune of visiting , the tables were dirty, my seat was sticky, they seemed to have had a plumbing issue and the location smelled of sewage, and even though they had cleaned up whatever spill they had, nothing was put back even though everything was dry, the order was messed up to boot. I reluctantly ate my meal and left because I was in a hurry. The food was properly cooked and was good. But I would stay clear of this place.

Our chicken that we purchased tonight was bad it was pink inside and the Batter was still clumpy on the inner part if the skin very disappointed in the meal and our biscuits were doey not going back to this KFC anymore this us the one on Story Rd. and Tully Rd.

Just wanted to thank Brian, who was not only very pleasant, but went out of his way to make our experience at the story rd location, one that is sure to have us return to this location, in the future. It’s hard to find people that are employed nowadays, that smile, and do their job to make customers happy. He’s truly a great employee, that KFC is lucky to have on their team. I never had such a positive experience like I did today, and it was all thanks to Brian!
