We went through the drive-thru, and got a 3-piece chicken tenders. This was just the chicken and not the meal. The cost was more than $9, and for that price, I expected some decent-sized, tender chicken. Instead, what I got was three tenders about 3″ long, barely warm, and not juicy or tender at all. A profound disappointment.

I ordered the wrap combo, and they gave me two tiny little bite-size pieces. They also tried to charge me $.30 per ketchup packet. That is crazy I’m never coming back here.

I just came a few minutes ago to eat with my family and everything is going well until this woman comes in and starts yelling and cursing at the workers, I can understand if they had made a mistake, but I’m sure they could have fixed it. This woman was so enraged that she continued to curse and call the employees horrible names, and she even threw the food at the employee who was assisting her. This is harassment, and she is with a child… I mean, how can you not feel ashamed? These employees are unable to do anything but remain silent in order to save their jobs. Do better.

I had a great experience at kfc thanks to Michelle! She was incredibly friendly, patient, and professional throughout my visit. Michelle greeted me, took my order quickly, and even made sure everything was correct before I left. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and takes pride in her work. Give that woman a raise!

I am a loyal daily customer ive been coming to this exact kfc for about 7+ years and can i just say wow, how much this place has improved, personally ive never had any problems in this store, ive seen the same workers from those years back till this day and theyre all the nicest people you can meet. Honestly they just want all my money, and as you can see it works haha. These past days i seen a new face, the worker michelle has been one of the best services ive taken, props to her.
