Thus person Zeydic is not doing her job properly. I ordered 4 piecesmeal , she was goving 12 pcs.. I told her i only ordered4 pcs. She said that 39.31 will be credited to-my acct. by the store. It better be there asap. Then on my way home I had to comeback because she gave me the wrong receipt. With the mess up she did before no telling what she is doing. The drive thru teller was very rude and very angry, we just ask to verify the price on the screen and the tone of her voice was already very loud and irritated. It seems like she is rushing us while we were the only customer in the whole store and drive thru. While we waited we asked for plates and the lady who handed it to us said No with an irritated voice and tone again same as the lady at the drive thru window. Just to remind the management we are still paying customers. We are not asking for free food. Please make sure your employees knows how to smile, be courteous and know customer service. We would NEVER come back. Very bad experience. If your employees don’t like their work, tell them to find another job. We were very positive with pur day and excited to eat. Now we ended up very irritated with situation it losses out appetite.

They were sorta fast, food was good, but the slow people…. Slow in bringing the food to the car despite the fact we watched every slow agonizing step to us as we waited. . The send off wasn’t exactly upbeat. Thank you and have a nice day wasn’t said directly to us, it was slowly articulated as she turned away from us to go back in. I hope she was only having a bad day.

I went through the drive-thru, no problem there. The problem was with the food. The chicken tasted like it was cooked in fish grease that had a salt and bone explosion in it, I ordered a extra biscuit (what did I do that for) it was cold and hard as a rock, and the soda had no flavor what-so- ever. I wondered if they changed the original recipe cause the chicken was crunchy. Not the KfC I know and always enjoyed.
