Our family used to love this location the location is very clean the chicken is delicious they have A&W Root beer they even have ice cream.
However!! they do have a staff WORKER that was very rude very disrespectful very unprofessional when taking our order.
This has happened on numerous occasions I never posted anything about this worker before BECAUSE I figured maybe SHE was just going through hard times or having a bad day? but this is continuously going on every time me and my family come in to dine.
This is very sad because it’s just one of our favorite KFC locations to dine.
I am not sure if we will be coming back to this location.
PS I will be posting her name.
She also used to work at the Georgia Street location but I guess she no longer works there anymore.
Hopefully it’s not due to her unprofessional.
because that location is out family second choice when choosing KFC.
Our family also know the OWNERS Of this location.
I’m sad to say that I will be notifying him and his wife about our experience.

I love a&w root beer as a matter of fact it is the only kind of root beer I do like. The service was friendly and very helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure they had a happy customer. Oh and check out their coupons n they are amazing!

I recently did a mobile order at this location. I had my kid go get it for me. It was ready in 15 mins so I sent her on her way 5 mins after I got off the phone. When she came back with the food. Chicken tenders with a spicy chicken sandwich, fries & nuggets. Let me just say, ” no wonder your business is struggling.” The chicken tenders were so cold & rubbery. The fries, taste like they have been sitting under the warmer ( dried out). The only thing that tasted decent were the chicken nuggets. I said to myself, that is it. No more KFC. I’m Gen X. Back then KFC was, ” finger lickin’ good.” Mind you, I tried to like it again, but that last batch of food i got was certainly the last meal from KFC. No matter what kind of deals. The only thing I will come and get there is the chicken pot pie. Its already changed a bit. But more changes to it will definitely keep me away.
