Not one item was less than the Colonel himself would expect! Over the last year or more, I had only dined at a KFC when in the neighborhood of the KFC/Taco Bell on Bascom and Nagley in San Jose while waiting for this store to reopen (even though I stopped dining at this location before it closed, as it was horrible). But this new location has my alternate location beat! I wish all KFC’s were like this one. I can’t imagine that this location will ever revert to the lack of quality I had experienced in the previous building. Thank you so much! The Colonel would be proud.

The food was great. I hadn’t been to a KFC in more than 2 years. And I was not disappointed with the food. Danny was great with his service. He was easy to talk to, was kind and greeted us with a smile. He gave us good and fast customer service. The only reason I’m not giving this place 5 stars is because it wasn’t that clean. And the corn on the cob seemed pricy for just a small piece. But besides that everything else was great. Thanks Danny for your great service. Hope to see you next time.

I am giving feedback in the hope that the store management will improve its service. This is the only KFC near my residence and I hope it will become better. This restaurant tends to run out of stuff on the menu quickly. I ordered a family pack at 8pm today and was told the mashed potato and biscuits were out. 8pm is still early from their closing time of 9:30pm. Further, ordered crispy chicken but got the original. This is not the first time. A couple of months ago, went to order lunch at noon and was told there were no chicken! The people there were nice and the food was good. Hope management will fix the problems. It is a shame to see a newly renovated restaurant close.

Today i was helped by Daniel and personally if i was management I would highly consider giving him a raise or promotion. First of all, The food was outstanding, second Daniels customer service was outstanding. He was very friendly and even recommended various delicious items. Daniel was very professional and for that reason i will continue to be a customer.

I don’t usually leave a review for a fast food restaurant but felt like I had to for this place. I went through the drive through and the person was extremely polite and responsive.
The chicken was hot and juicy. The fries were also fresh and hot. Everything was packaged beautifully with napkins and condiments. Really nice.

Their service is embarrassing. It’s not the kids working there, they’re all cool. Management doesn’t have enough people staffed to properly handle just the drive thru. That’s right, the dine in is closed and they struggle to support the drive thru line. Multiple times I have gone there and it’s 30 minutes to get my food from when I finished the order at the speaker. Management needs to do better, because their chicken sandwich is bomb but it shouldn’t take 30 min to get TWO sandwiches.

Most unorganized and unprofessional place I’ve ever ordered from. I ordered the 16 piece and extras. Paid all that money and drove 20mins just to received wings and small pieces because “they didn’t have a cook” and we were missing sides. I called three times before someone decided they wanted to answer, just to get hung up on. Called right back and they didn’t care about their mess-ups. Can’t go back for the sides or actual chicken pieces because they don’t have a cook, which would have been fine if they just called me and I could have gotten my money back and went somewhere else. But no.

Cannot help but write another bad experience. I had thought I would never go there again, but ended up ordering online again in a weak moment yesterday, this time it was even worse than last time. I would give them 0 stars if it is an option. I had this order placed for 8pc bucket, and when I went in at scheduled pick up time , staff attended me after 5 mins and then when I told about my order, the guy laughs and says we are out of chicken. (He laughed! ) . Now comes the best part, he goes inside without saying anything further , shows up after another 5 mins , gave me a phone number and asked me to call that to get my money back. They would not initiate the refund in the shop ! Now I am stuck with KFC HQ number which I have to call, called twice, they never picked up. There was not a single apology from the staff for the inconvenience !! Un believably bad service. Keep away if you can.

Have ordered from here a few times. Such irresponsible staff. Not a single time they kept the pick up ready. Ended up waiting 20mins everytime despite reaching after the scheduled pick up. Every single time they manage to mess up something or the other in the order . I hope everytime that this might be one time mistake, but seems this is one area where they are super consistent!!!! I am stuck with these folks as I live in the area, but given a choice I won’t. NB: to be fair, out of 5 times, 1 time I got an apology from the staff and a cookie
